The hotel facilities are excellent. Food is good as well. It's just the room charge is but high compared to other similar level hotels.

the service & cleanliness is very friendly and good. the breakfast is complete with Semarang snacks so you don't need to go around Semarang anymore, it's already available 👍🏻 complete gym, sauna, jacuzzi pool facilities. everywhere is close because it's in the middle of the city.
it's just disappointing that the service when you arrive may not be right because it's the same with government officials, strangely all the elevators direct you to the same elevator for several floors even though there are so many people. I came first & queued with 2 other families, but they were given priority to go straight up the elevator, the rest of us were covered by the hotel staff. so to get on the elevator we had to wait 3 times for the elevator to go up and down.. I don't know what the procedure is but if you're both hotel guests, it shouldn't be the same level 😁 I saw them also go to the same floor as me so they didn't take a higher class either, why is it prioritized so much that we, ordinary people, have to be covered up and not allowed to enter the elevator twice?
