The ratings are strictly based on those categories. Seriously, I am unsure about the other floors but on the 21st floor, the sound proofing between rooms and ceiling is horrendous. Chatter and movement of furniture, water sound from the tap can be heard clearly.. its from a non connecting room. Staff are really polite and helpful I must say. Gym facilities is excellent. As for the pool, if you are a non-smoker, you may prefer to avoid it as smoking is allowed on some seating areas. The shopping mall is not in operation yet so consider your options before you book.

This was my second time stay here and everything still same as the first came here. The location was good. I booked 2 rooms. 1 deluxe double room with sea view. The room was spacious enough for 2 persons. The other one was a king room with sea and city view This room was very spacious. The aisle was rather hot in the afternoon. Breakfast was OK.

This is the first time staying here. The place is very clean, the service is friendly and alert too. There aren't many requirements, the check-in process is also fast, there's not much to that. Stayed overnight in Capital O Lampung, okay too. Budget hotel with pool facilities. The pool is pretty big and pretty good, but unfortunately when we were there, it looked less clean. The hotel area is big and nice, the location and atmosphere are good, the view is very nice, the room is big, the service is good, the parking lot is quite a lot, can have breakfast although the room price is very affordable. Recommended hotel for budger traveler.

Sangat disarankan bagi yg ingin menginap dan singgah lanjut penerbangan. Ada akomodasi antar ke bandara gratis. Restorannya enak. Sy sudah bbrp kali menginap disini. Ketika penerbangan pagi minta sarapannya di fakeaway dan disiapkan paginya dg kotak menu nasi goreng mie capcay dan ayam kecap. Sangat puasss dsni sebelah indomaret maju dikit alfamaret. Depan pombensin. Pelayanan ramah dan puas hanya saja hari itu kebersihan lantai kamarmandi tolong diperhatikan pada saat basah padahal blom kena air sabun lantai sangat licin dan saya hampir jatuh dikamarmandi. Selebihnya oke.
