Location was within walking distance to the shopping area. Room was nice and clean. However, front counter service was a little slow.

Very poor hotel service! I requested an extra bed in my Executive room and they did not provide one until the very next day (so I ended up sleeping in the sofa instead). For the record, I did email them to remind about my request, I called the hotel front desk right after I landed Perth, and I even asked the guy again in the front desk when I check in. And they never deliver it! The room was never properly cleaned, soap is not refilled, and no laundry bags are given. Overall, very disappointed

The room is clean and quite big. There is plenty of tea and coffee. The toilet paper is good and large. The cleaning is timely. The breakfast fruit is good. The apple juice is delicious. The potato cakes are authentic.

Service was ok. Location was good. But need some improvement from the housekeeping.
1 night : my room wasn’t clean up when we arrive back in the evening. I doubt they vacuum the room as i found a dead insect on the floor.
1 night : they left a clean towel on top of my luggage instead of the bathroom. They didn’t refill the hair conditioner at all.
Menu for in room dining after 10pm is really pathetic, so better to order UberEats .
