The location of the hotel is in perfect side of the mountain from where we can see the spectacular view of mount kanchenzunga. And the hotel was also good

Sundar Spa and Resort is a beautiful relaxing place to come and chill with your family and friends.Loved the ambience,cleanliness and service was on point.The staff were very helpful and approachable.Food was also delicious.We thoroughly enjoyed our meals.The managers Miss Srijana Rai and Mr Hafiz were very nice and approachable.We would love to visit again and 5 stars for the whole team Kudos. This place is quite nice and clean in nature.. Hotel service and operation persons are very helpful and cooperative. This place is located near the buddha park and market place which made it easily accessible. The thing that i appreciate most is the comfortable bed, where the hotel staff have also provided a bed heater. I have noticed only one drawback, that is the shower knob was not fixed properly which did not allow me to shower well. But since I resided only for a single night, I was not troubled much. The food here is slightly costly in comparison with other places, but the food quality and hygiene is maintained very well. Overall, it is a place of serenity and tranquility and i would definitely recommend this hotel if you would want to stay in ravangla.

It was an excellent property with highest level of hospitality during stay. The best part was a good quality and delicious food served to us which was beyond my expectations. Would surely recommend to others.

Location is good. Near snot namchi and central park. But the hotel entrance is at basement, and you have to come downstairs to enter the hotel. Service is very slow due to shortage of staff. No view. But staff are wel behaved.
