Guest House was beautiful. It felt as if I was walking into a movie scene. Very beautiful place. They have a movie theater with free Elvis movies each night, food was excellent and service was superb. Location is great and very secure. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. THE most hospitable hotel stay I've had in many years !! The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. For the first time, in a long time, I felt like a welcome guest. Towels were big and fluffy, and we even had very nice robes in the closet. The room was big enough without being too big or too small. It even had an wonderful shower. The hotel is just completing a major renovation, although I saw none of it. Our only impact from the renovation was that we missed the restaurant reopening by two days. This was not a problem, there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. I will make a point of returning to the Napoleon Hotel next time I'm in Memphis.
