The facilities were perfect, and it was comfortable to have a cable car dedicated to guests who could go directly to therme in the bathrobe figure. However, despite the advance payment via Trip.com, a deposit was charged 50 euros at check-in. Answer: you are not the first to mention it. Breakfast service: no staff around. When looking for them as needed food that corresponds allergies, found both ladies in the backroom having their breakfast instead of being with guests. Spa service: dirty walls (moulds) around. Again, far from what you expect from a hotel that officially holds 4 stars. The owner should look around to see what 4stars mean. This is justs a rip-off as the price was still high, certainly if you consider what you get for your money. So in a nutshell, avoid this hotel if you look for a spa and 4star experience and look for another one that actually delivers on the promises.
