Très belle découverte, chambres très propres et belles , déjeuner très copieux, parking assez grand, accueil parfait et très professionnel par Victoria , une adresse à retenir pour nos prochains séjours a Spa! Nous reviendrons très vite ;-)

Prima hotel met een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Uitstekende kamer, goede badkamer met een apart toilet. Ook is er een kluis en een koelkastje op de kamer om drankjes te koelen. Ontbijt is uitstekend, flink uitgebreid en met veel gezonde keuzes. Ook hele goed koffie voor Belgische begrippen. Hotel ligt bovenin het dal waarin Spa ligt waardoor je met de auto naar het centrum moet rijden (is lopend niet aan te raden). Kortom helemaal prima!

Excellent accueil. Personnel au TOP.... toujours avec le sourire. Chambre très coquette. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment exceptionnel: plusieurs fromages, de la charcuterie, des smoothies, des fruits, des jus, différents types de pains.... Merci pour toutes les attentions et tous les petits détails.

hôtel accessible très facilement disposant d'un grand parking. Personnel de l'accueil efficace. Le personnel du spa très accueillant et chaleureux. wellness propre, calme et reposant. Chambre spacieuse, moderne et équipée ( frigo et serviettes). hôtel très calme et chaleureux malgré une vue sur route. Restaurant fermé durant notre séjour, nous avons été au chalet suisse à deux pas de l'hôtel et nous y avons très bien mangé. Petit déjeuner très diversifié, complet et frais avec des produits du terroir. Petit verre au bar autours d'un billard.

As good as ever. Great rooms, Spotless and comfortable. An elegant hotel. They've had an ongoing problem with not having a chef but that's about to change they tell me. Remains my go to hotel for Spa

Restaurant was closed due to lack of having a chef! Breakfast was below average.. breakfast hot food was not hot.. coffee machine not working properly which caused a long line just for coffee.. the kettle in room was dirty, unable to use.. the bar was not attended, so not able to offer a drink to my friends.. and room was pretty dusty

Very disappointing experience - never again! Unfriendly, incompetent staff, lousy service and hidden information about extra fees for the wellness/pool and gym. No additional towels provided. Not children/family friendly: restricted pool times (in the late evening and early morning only) and full price for the breakfast for the little ones (21 EUR) - and very dangerous esp. for babies: the windows in our room were very low but had no railings and could only be opened completely-unbelievable!!!

The hotel is not 4 star but since i stayed there before I knew what to expect. The first few days there was a bit of a mood among the staff and it was unclear what was going in. The day before checking out it became clear what was going on. I was called while I was attending a seminar and asked to vacate the room at once. They said the hotel was closing. So we all had to clear out. Since there was a sister hotel not too far, it seemed logical we would be moved there and the staff at reception confirmed that. However, when I arrived at the Radisson Palace, no arrangements were made. Upon contacting the hotel, they told me to wait and that i had no choice but to wait in the rain. I decided to book another night at my own expense and I lost the prepaid money for my last night at the Balmoral hotel. After more than 30 years of travelling I never experienced anything like that. Radisson call centre was not helpful at all. Conclusion: Fawlty Towers is not the worst run hotel in the world.
