"Pleasant stay at the hotel. Clean accommodation and nice rooms. We had the superior room and the only downside was that the two single beds kept sliding apart. Easily solved if wheels with brakes were installed. Otherwise, friendly staff and a great breakfast."

"A good hotel for a night away. All of them are old and moderately maintained sometimes. Good beds and very friendly staff. A good for a weekend spa for the price. The city view was view of the parking area."

"Great location, close walk to a funicular taking yoi to thermal spa. Interesting building with beautiful backyard. Very pretty dining room. Polite staff. Heating rack in a bathroom so you can dry your clothes. However, very bad breakfast, minimal choices, nothing cooked on site. Difficult parking if you drive a bigger car, but possible to find street parking."

"The renovation of the hotel is absolutely superb. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. It’s a grand and elegant building. Unfortunately the standard of the restaurant lets it down. The food is not at all innovative and is bistro style at best. Bread was served haphazardly with some guests not receiving bread at all while others got it with the dessert. Although the restaurant was not full and there were plenty of staff, drink orders were very slow and abruptly served. One of the young women was obviously being trained but the other student staff wandered in and out with a vacant look, not clearing tables or offering wine. It was very hard to summon anyone’s attention. The meal itself was basic with no sides available and no vegetables. One would expect more from a 5 star establishment. They need a new chef and a menu to match the elegance of the hotel. The lime green and white garden chairs and tables in no way go with the otherwise sumptuous surroundings. I hope they are able to lift their game soon as the place has great potential"

Both up and down its decor, everything is truly Spacious. You feel at home there. Food reminds us of the good times, to see it coming, to smell it... of these plates hotly taken out of one's kitchen, and to have the courage to offer these dishes, as good, as pleasant, as hospitality and a true gastronomy have the merit of offering and still existing, forming an integral part of our once world heritage, heritage of our national humanity which testifies for education, as much to science as to our culture, to transmit a state of spirit, for those who know how to recognize the extraordinary in their region and its inhabitants. "A stunning accommodation in a beautiful setting away from the town. Thierry was so helpful on our arrival. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean with all the amenities you would want. Unfortunately we didn’t make use of breakfast as we had an early start. I would certainly recommend and would love to stay again when we are on our motorcycle travels. "We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted. First of all, the location is excellent — close to the city center, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. The area is peaceful and calm, perfect for both strolls and a relaxing stay. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious. The interior is modern, and the furniture is comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, always neat and thorough. The staff are true professionals — always friendly, attentive to detail, and ready to help in any situation. Check-in was quick and smooth, everything was organized at a high level. The breakfast deserves special praise — a varied menu, delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and excellent coffee. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and sets the tone for a calm and enjoyable start to the day. This hotel was a real discovery for us. We will definitely stay here again and will happily recommend it to our friends and family!"
