"This trip to Luoyang was with my elderly relatives and children, and we were extremely satisfied with this hotel. As soon as we arrived, the security guard rushed to help with our luggage, and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful in checking us in. The hotel is decorated in the traditional Chinese style, which I love. The receptionist even upgraded our room for free. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. We decided to extend our stay for the second night. Highly recommended!"

"I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay."

Nearby are Wangfujing Department Store, Wanda Plaza, Changshen Shopping Plaza, and the newly opened Yihecang Supermarket. It's also convenient to get to the new district. Cleaning is timely, and facilities are complete.

GGuest UserThe customer service contacted us in advance to assist us in checking in the room. Since we arrived in the morning, we checked in in advance and arranged two adjacent rooms. The service was warm and thoughtful, and the experience was very good.
The room was exactly the same as the photos on the Internet. The area was spacious enough.
The sanitation was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and they were all projection rooms.
It was convenient to travel around by taxi, online car-hailing, bicycle, bus station, etc. The bedding was comfortable and the sleep quality was high. The most important thing was that it was cost-effective and worth a second visit. Recommended [strong]

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, I stayed at the Luoyang International Hotel, which is the best hotel in Luoyang. From the reception in the lobby to the restaurant and guest rooms, all the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive; I couldn't find a single fault. The room was spotless, and the bathroom featured high-end brands like Hansgrohe, plus a Dyson hairdryer. The extra bed was very comfortable, and they even included a complimentary children's breakfast, along with a free buffet dinner for the whole family. The executive lounge was also excellent! Last night, I experienced the spa, and the young lady who served me, who is also a dog person, and I chatted pleasantly. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The next time I visit Luoyang, I'll definitely come back just to stay here. They even laundered my dirty clothes, which will make unpacking so much easier when I get home. If 100 is a perfect score, this hotel is flawless and absolutely deserves full marks!

GGuest UserService: 💓 The staff were very dedicated. Due to equipment failure, they arrived quickly to fix it. At first, they couldn't fix it, but later the equipment became usable. However, they were still concerned about potential malfunctions in the middle of the night, so they proactively suggested we change rooms. Thumbs up!
Facilities: 🔋 This was also quite a saga. Initially, the internet was bad, and the projector couldn't connect, but then it was fixed. Later, after returning to the room in the afternoon, all the lights couldn't be controlled by touch and wouldn't turn off, plus one light was flickering. This must have been due to the smart home system, likely a bad internet connection again, causing these issues. But we ended up changing rooms, so it's all good now~
Breakfast: 👌 Quite generous, my family really enjoyed the beef soup.
Overall, considering the environment and price during the May Day holiday in Luoyang, I personally think it was acceptable~

Ttop of girlThe hotel is tucked away in a courtyard in the city center, a surprisingly quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway interchange, making it super easy to get to Yingtianmen and Luoyi Ancient City. Wangfujing and Xiaojie Tianfu are also within walking distance, making shopping and sightseeing a breeze. Advance booking also includes free high-speed rail shuttle service, making it a hassle-free experience even with luggage.
The room facilities are stunningly new. The whole room features smart temperature control and voice-activated curtains, which is super convenient. The high-quality bedding is perfectly firm and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area, and includes a smart toilet and a full set of toiletries.
The gym and self-service laundry room (with dryer) are both very useful. The value for money is amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Luoyang!

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and the ambiance was very comfortable. Having the hot spring tub right in the room was a huge hit with the kids, they absolutely loved it! We were pleasantly surprised to find a fruit platter and a bottle of wine upon arrival. The staff were all very warm and welcoming, and even gave us some snacks when we checked out, along with helping us carry our luggage to the car. The kids really enjoyed their stay at this hot spring hotel, and we'd definitely come back if we get the chance!

LLiangmibazhuangshiSummary: This hotel was chosen blindly. Aside from its good location and friendly staff, all other facilities were subpar.
Pros: The location was decent, close to several attractions and surrounded by cosmetic shops. While the view from the window wasn't great, the room was relatively large.
Cons: The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the TV and conversations from next door; it was extremely poorly soundproofed. I was also unlucky; the first night, a bunch of inconsiderate people next door played cards all night, making it feel like I was sleeping in a card room, which meant I didn't sleep a wink.
Also, the shower in the room had very low water pressure and weak flow, making it impossible to wash my hair. It was repaired once but never fixed. For a hotel with a bathhouse, the shower facilities were extremely inadequate. I originally booked for three nights, but after two nights, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched hotels.
