Facilities: The facilities are very new, the decoration style is magnificent, the curtains are smart, there is a bathtub, there is a shower Hygienic: The room is clean, the bedding is good, the oversized bed is very comfortable Environment: The room is relatively soundproof, there is a large lawn around the hotel, and the lawn wedding is caught up when you check in. Next to it is Luoma Lake Park, and Santaishan Park Service: The service is very timely, and any needs are solved as soon as possible. Breakfast: The variety is quite rich, with local specialty bean juice fritters. Very good value for money, very happy to live.

This review must be written. I have been on business trips many times and this hotel is the only one that has the best service. The hotel has a free pick-up service. I communicated with the hotel front desk 30 minutes in advance on the high-speed rail. The front desk was very efficient and the master brother was also very nice. He was waiting at the exit of the high-speed rail station as soon as possible. After arriving at the hotel, every service environment was very good and very attentive. I also went to the hotel gym to exercise in the evening. The environment was very good and the equipment was relatively complete. When I went to the restaurant for dinner the next morning, the restaurant sister was very thoughtful. She put a mobile phone holder on the seat for guests to put their mobile phones on while dining. She also gave a good gift on the way. It was full of food and clothing. The details were very good. My feeling for this stay was that the hotel management and service were very good. I will continue to stay in your hotel on my next business trip.

Facilities: It seems to be a hotel that has not been open for long. Hygiene: The room is relatively clean. Environment: Compared with other hotels in Shuyang, the environment is still very good. Service: There is a handsome guy in the lobby who provides very good service. He keeps greeting people when entering and leaving. His voice is also very nice. I booked the wrong room and didn't want to book it again because it was too troublesome. I told the front desk and they changed it for me very quickly.

ZZolansikyBefore this trip, my friends and I had never traveled together before. So we definitely were eager to go to a different place together! There is just something about a friends getaway that puts a huge smile on our face （and rejuvenates our mind & body) Arriving late afternoon on Wednesday. The hotel's scent was divine 🤯! Check in was extremely quick & easy. They was this lovely gentleman who could speak English. They gave us our room card, breakfast tickets(told us the time it will be) and also 2 free SVIP swimming vouchers. Room facilities: Once we opened the door, our jaws dropped. The view was stunning. The overall feel of the room was very contemporary. I loved the gold patterns that were used throughout the suite. On the bed, there were white linens (my favorite) which were always extremely clean and had a fresh scent. The bathroom was lovely. The extra space under the sink was perfect for all the extra toiletries! In the hallway, there was a little niche for tea, a kettle, and extra waters. Along with a large wardrobe for hanging up those clothes you don't want to get wrinkled! The hallways were decorated with bright colors and comfy, chic furniture. Had a Greek touch to it. Cost effective: comfortable. It was definitely worth every penny. Breakfast: Breakfast was a Chinese-Western like buffet, more on the Chinese side. WiFi: Fast WiFi, lovely internet connection. Bed： There were white linens (my favorite) which were always extremely clean and had a fresh scent. The bed was definitely comfortable. Slept like a baby. Hygiene： Impressive hygiene. Super clean and fragrant. Room view： The view was stunning. Beautiful statue, the gorgeous and the most crystal clear blue sky we ever did see! Location and transportation： Easy access. Cars and taxis can go in, though the road gets closed sometimes due to the kids place that's Nextdoor which might lead to you walking to the hotel.

A lot attraction and places to visit nearby which is 5 min walking distance It would be best for couples. There are 2 negative points : first pillow wasn't good at all , two there was no closet for clothes , third is personal opinion the washroom design I didn't like

LLiyichuan1Friends came to Siyang to play, and I took them to stay. Choosing Atour was not disappointing. The hotel is beautifully decorated, especially the lobby and guest rooms, with complete facilities and equipment, making people feel very comfortable and relaxed. Checked in at three in the morning, the service of the front desk lady was also very warm and thoughtful, and poured us warm black tea, which made us feel very kind and warm. The location is superior and the transportation is convenient, parking is free, and the breakfast tastes good and has a rich variety. When we checked in, we upgraded the room for free, and I also had water to take with me when I left the store, which created a feeling of home for friends. It is impeccable in both big and small places. The recommendation index is five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GGuest UserI have lived in so many seasons, this service is the worst, obviously there is fruit when booking, every time I have to ask the front desk to give it, sometimes I don’t give it at all, the front desk also said that I have to send platinum, the order is clearly written, when I open the room, do I not look at the order, I go to live every week on business trips, I have lived for almost half a year. Every time I go to live at the front desk, I don’t know it. Compared with other seasons, the service is not a little bit worse. Sometimes when I go to live, there are more luggage. The front desk and the staff saw it, and no one helped to open the door. They looked at the guests and pushed the luggage. While I opened the door with my back, sometimes I left things in the hotel, and I never took the initiative to call the guests. The guests called and asked. Sometimes I couldn't get through at all. I really don't know how this hotel manages and trains the waiters.

YYeziThe facilities of this hotel are a bit old compared to Lavande in other cities, and it doesn’t have Lavande’s characteristic regional aroma. I gave it a full five points because Ms. Zhu at the front desk was warm and gentle, introduced meticulously, and solved problems quickly. I forgot to bring my identity. I got the certificate, and the online registration is smooth and silky. It doesn't matter if there are flaws in the hotel facilities. Humanity can make up for it.
