Overall, I think this hotel used to be a really really nice hotel but has been sorely neglected for many years. It is not a bad place to stay but it isn’t what it once was either. Check in was easy in the lobby it’s pretty but you can tell that things have been left without being kept up. The people at the front task were very nice. Our room is a standard room and the first thing I always check out the bathroom for cleanliness. The bathroom is clean which is always a good sign. Overall the hotel was very clean so I felt really good about that. The bathroom is small and the toilet doesn’t feel like it is anchored to the floor because it rocks. In the shower, the faucet is pulled out of the wall and needs to be repaired. The TV has a good number of channels and the reception was good. The pool is an outdoor pool and it is about standard size for a hotel but it has clearly been neglected over the years. The water was coming and we felt safe swimming but everything else just seemed old. We went down for breakfast in the morning and the breakfast is very very minimal. They had eggs sausage biscuits and gravy bagels and cereal. There was only salt but no pepper, there was no milk for the cereal, and there were no toppings for the bagels.

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet! This was a random and very pleasant find as I passed through Springfield. Don't let the outside fool you-- this is one of the best hotel/motels I've ever stayed in because of these 3 things I listed above. Room was updated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Super friendly staff. Cool outside area with the cars. This place has all positive attributes in my book.

This hotel is in a good location and offered the best deal in the area in my opinion. It all probably just depends on your expectations, but it was clean and the breakfast was good and the breakfast cooks were friendly. Nothing fancy, but everything worked well. Texas Roadhouse is right behind the hotel and Andy’s is just down the street. The pool was clean. Our daughter had a baby and we made reservations around 9:00 pm online and was tired. Turned out I booked the wrong night and it said the booking was nonrefundable. The front desk didn’t hesitate to fix the problem and got us our room ASAP.

Excellent
My sister, mom and I were very impressed with both the facility and service at Fairfield Inn in Springfield! We were staying there to be close to my dad who was in the hospital at the time. The front desk staff were very kind and accomodating as we continued to extend our stay. The room was very spacious, modern and, most importantly, CLEAN! The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding was light but warm. We would definitely recommend staying here!
QQinglianmiaoFacilities: The facilities are quite new, but free water is not provided, but Wal-Mart is very close
Hygiene: good health, very clean
Environment: Next door to the airport, very convenient
Service: The service is great, I tipped and told me that it is not necessary hhhh, but I still gave it to her, so cute front desk
SSherry RHandicap roll in shower 1 bedroom suite the suite has plenty of floor space for a wheelchair and the bathroom is big enough for a turn around space with drop down bench the kitchen was nice my main issue is the buildings don’t have but one handicap ramp you have to walk and push you love one a good distance then of course go back to get your belongings the outside is not handicap friendly
IinterviewtravelerThis airport hotel had free breakfast, which was the draw for us. The whole hotel seemed a bit dark. The floors of the room was hard wood-like composite, and it felt sort of dirty on my feet. The gym was simple, opens at 7am so the neighboring room wouldn't be awakened. Seems a little late to open the gym at that time. I asked about it when I was down there at 630am, and they let me in since there wasn't anyone in the neighboring room. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items. They even had a pancake printer! The breakfast attendant was very chatty about being anti-masking, which was interesting. There were good parts to the stay and some less so. There are limited airport hotel options around here.
SSusanne TRoom 409 faces away from the busy road, which was nice. Lots of security cameras around outside, which made us feel good. The bed was good, the sink is right in the entrance, with a faucet that's way too small for the sink, which was not in very good shape. The bathroom (shower and toilet) had a very loud combined light and fan (not suitable for night light). The A/C was good and quiet. I had to go to the front desk for a hair dryer. Normal breakfast with lousy plastic flatware and the cheapest jellies (grape and mixed). Ice and vending machines are on floors 2 and 3
AAngeldustStaff was wonderful. Hotel was clean. Bed was very comfortable, especially their pillows. They allow pets so next time we may even travel with our pup :). They have a pool. It looked fun and clean, but we didn’t swim. For breakfast I had a bagel and cream cheese with coffee. My husband had biscuits n gravy, sausage links, and coffee. It was very tasty. They also offered cereal, toast, muffins, juice, I’m not even sure what else. I would definitely recommend staying here.
GgoldarchI stayed here with my son for one night because we were in town for a family event. Overall, this is a ”very good” motel, but far from ”excellent.” The woman who checked us in was absolutely fantastic. She was so nice and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are very OK. We were on a highway facing side of the hotel and we could hear the sound of the passing traffic from the interstate pretty much the entire night. The hotel is situated right off the interstate, so this was disruptive. They do have a small convenience-style restaurant with some basic food items in the lobby, but it is expensive and it's tough for me to get over the idea of actually paying for breakfast in the mornings. I appreciate the convenience of being able to buy a beer in the lobby instead of leaving the property to do so, but breakfast should be included or much less expensive than it is. The whole staff was very friendly and the room was clean enough. it was obvious that in the bathrooms, the duct had been spray painted to conceal what I can only imagine was rust, but the room itself was in acceptable condition. Overall, we probably wouldn't stay here again mostly because of the noise from the road, but at $100/night, the price was fair for a mid-grade full service hotel.
Arbor Suites went above and beyond for my family during our stay. I cannot thank them enough. The suites were spacious and fit our families needs well. The kitchen was very useful. Anytime we needed anything, they were super helpful. We will book again with them!
