Staff great. Not really walking distance to the airport with baggage though

Nice budget hotel close to airport. I arrived late and left early so did not spend lots of time there but my overall experience was good. Unfortunately they did not have any amenities for their guests and the only way to purchase was with coins. Great hotel for a layover or an early flight next morn! The room was nice and clean and the duvet & pillows were actually amazing!!!

Good location for a short stay out of town. It’s a 10 mins walk to the airport. Clean & nice hotel with friendly staff. Will recommend for transit flight stay.

We stayed for one night before a flight to France the following morning. From the checkin to checkout everything was amazing. Clean and spacious room, beds and pillows comfortable, bathroom excellent, food and drink was great.

Every was i expected (indeed better). The qality of the room is compable to premium hotels and the bed very confortable.

I stayed 2 nights - the room was comfortable - the food was good - the staff were helpful and friendly - would thoroughly recommend.

Firstly i would like to say how friendly all the staff was , The hotel was very clean tidy .Hotel ideal for Airport as relaxation before next day flight , food was good room was spotless .Check in straight forward Lovely Gentleman that greeted us , was so relaxing we left staff box chocolates

Staff were extremely rude, made us feel very unwelcome especially the guy at the bar James, He was so rude, wouldn't serve a group of us food at 10 past 9 when kitchen was closed at 9.30 we had young kids with us so were only looking for some chips and nuggets just to feed the kids, he spoke down to us as if we were children, Our group consisted of adults and children and we were very respectful to all the staff. The receptionist Gabby was no better, she actually shouted at one of my friends almost calling her a thief over a cup of coffee, which by the way are 'free in your room', the hotel really need to get their staff some training in costumer service and not shout at guests in front of other guests. We have used a lot of Premier Inn's across the UK but this hotel is by far the worst out off the chains we have stayed in,. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN!!!!!!

1st class as usual. Been here many times and it is always faultless, whether its reception, bedrooms or the restaurant my experience has always been positive, so it is very easy for me to recommend. Try the 'mixed grill' for an evening meal, if you leave hungry its not the restaurants fault!

We had an early morning flight so wanted somewhere near the airport. Travelling by bus this place was ideal as the bus stops close by,check in was fast,friendly & efficient,the room was large,clean & comfy,not the greatest of views over any incredibly quiet housing estate! After a great nights sleep our early morning check out was also fast,friendly & efficient,just a 10 minute walk saw us at the airport,despite my mobility problems,great location,highly recommended.

I only stay at Premier Inn when I travel: customer service is outstanding and overall good value for money. I appreciate their culture and attitude to make customers happy. The quality of the beds is very good, a guaranteed restful sleep. The food is freshly tasty cooked and plentiful .

Rooms were very clean. I still noticed the hotel are very short staffed from the last time I stayed. It’s a shame we now need to pay to park. I understand because you are right beside the airport but please don’t charge the people staying there.
