Staff great. Not really walking distance to the airport with baggage though

Nice budget hotel close to airport. I arrived late and left early so did not spend lots of time there but my overall experience was good. Unfortunately they did not have any amenities for their guests and the only way to purchase was with coins. Great hotel for a layover or an early flight next morn! The room was nice and clean and the duvet & pillows were actually amazing!!!

Good location for a short stay out of town. It’s a 10 mins walk to the airport. Clean & nice hotel with friendly staff. Will recommend for transit flight stay.

Getting run down now like most premier inns, needs repairs and decor upgrading. pint price of around £6.35 is too high for where you are, its wetherspoons level at best. Budget hotels should have budget prices to reflect this. Breakfast is going downhill fast also, black pudding should have a crisp outer, not sloppy

Stayed as had an early flight. This is a Noisy hotel. Squeaky floorboards kept us awake. No staff on reception. Tried to claim under their sleep guarantee but failed. Won't be using Premier inn again. In addition the restaurant good was awful.

Great hotel. A short walk from the airport . We had an issue with a flight, arrived at Premier inn Liverpool airport at 2am. The receptionist James was excellent very helpful and was able to book us a room. I would recommend this hotel and definitely give 5 Stars for all the Staff .

The staff here are ever so friendly. Our first time visit to Liverpool came up for the comic con at the exhibition centre 2 days fully in Liverpool. What a great time will be seriously considering coming here at the premier inn John Lennon....

Comfy beds, lovely staff and a great night's sleep. We did have a moment of panic when the lift (the one on the left) sort of jolted on the ride up to our room, and for some reason the restaurant was like a SAUNA when we came down for breakfast the next day. Minor inconveniences though, and they didn't stop us from having a great stay and tasty breakfast.

Margaret is a wonderful woman all around and an absolute credit to this premier inn. I have never ever experienced such a genuinely concerned, kind woman who has been willing to go the extra mile as Margaret has been. She deserves a huge raise❤️

Certainly handy for the airport,just a 10 minute walk to departures,a good sized car park & a bus stop nearby. Rooms are large,clean & comfy,we were in 203 which appeared to have been recently redecorated. Not so good points;we arrived 12 minutes before the 3pm check in time & were told we would have to pay £10 to check in straight away,not surprisingly we chose to wait,a tad annoying as we had an early flight & would be leaving at 4am,way before the check out time(no refund for doing that obviously!),the TV & remote were not seemingly on the same wavelength as there was a long pause between pushing a button & anything happening,finally we understand that the reception is to become unstaffed,I hope that does not apply to all Premier Inns as anything to do with new technology & Me do not get on!😎

Beds are so comfy, the rooms have just had a new refit and are great. Margaret is the best receptionist, Lucinda is the best and most conscientious waitress followed by this and Morgan. I’m never disappointed with the service. Awesome job all. 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Check in was quick and Margeret was very friendly and helpful.Rooms have recently been refitted and its the best room we have stayed in, lovely designed rooms.Comfy beds , extra pillows were in room.Thank you. Definitely stay here again.Closeby to airport.A Short 10 minutes walk if that.Thank you
