Still 3 nights to go but happy to write a review now about this wonderful place that we have been visiting for years now. Centrally located (5mins walk from the town / port), a stunning terrace for a wonderful breakfast served by the charismatic Dimitri, an amazing pool and a nice mixture of self catering accommodation. We stayed in one of the six maisonettes - my wife and I plus our 18yr old son and his mate plus friends stayed with us for 3 nights - the maisonette sleeps six comfortably and it’s well equipped. My only negative which I have flagged before is that at 5pm the terrace and servicing is handed over to a third party (for a separate restaurant on the terrace) it’s a real shame that this is not all under one ownership on my opinion (the staff that run the evening restaurant are nowhere near as friendly as those who run the hotel). But this will most definitely not stop us from returning again to this wonderful spot (we think this is our 8th visit). Special mention to Eva on Reception and of course the friendliest waited around, Dimitri. ❤️

We had an amazing stay - everything was perfect. The staff very kind and helpful. Thank you so much! We were collected with our luggage upon arrival and dropped of at the harbour for our departure. Breakfast was delicious with some homemade jam from the owners. Fresh orange juice and a lovely buffet.

Another fab stay at the Nissia, between the family we hired 4 residences and everyone had an amazing time. The staff made every effort to support us with anything we needed. All the facilities are excellent, breakfast on the terrace is always wonderful and the boys loved the great swimming pool

We stayed for two nights at the Nissia in July 2022. Everything was lovely - the check in was easy and fast. The room was very large and comfortable with a great little patio area outside. The pool was relaxing and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very helpful in recommending everything from restaurants and beaches to where to rent bikes. We are eager to return.

J'ai réservé une chambre familiale pour nous 4 : un espace parfait entre chambre, mézzanine, coin salon et cuisine. J'ai adoré le personnel qui était aux petits soins pour réserver les quads, les restaurants et nous apporter des informations pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Jusqu'aux serveurs qui anticipent le café et le jus d'orange lorsque vous venez pour le petit-déjeuner. L'hotel est parfaitement situé et dispose d'un ravissant jardin avec une grande piscine qui vous permet de faire des longueurs. Déjà la deuxième fois que nous venons et nous y retournerons avec plaisir ! :-)

Stayed at the Nissia many a times (except the civid years). By far the best hotel for an extended stay in spetses. Perfectly suited for an extended family (young to teens). Largest pool on the island and wonderful staff. We will come back and highly recommending it.

Ένα “family friendly” , προσεγμένο και πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο ! Τα δωμάτια φρεσκοβαμμένα καθαρά και πολύ μεγάλα που μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν οικογένειες με άνεση αφού παρέχουν πλήρως εξοπλισμένες κουζίνες , σίδερο τηλεόραση , δυνατή σύνδεση internet! Τα πρωινά του πλούσια! Οι εξωτερικοι του χώροι είναι καθαροί και φροντισμένοι με ωραία λουλούδια και φυτά!το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα ! Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα !

Σίγουρα το πιο ωραίο, καθαρό και φιλόξενο ξενοδοχείο του νησιού . Πραγματικά μεγάλα , πλήρως εξοπλισμένα ανεξάρτητα δωμάτια με φανταστική θέα και πάρα πολύ ωραία πισίνα . Ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά .
