"POSITIVES Location of Hotel is fabulous, close to the Port with many restaurants nearby. Our room view was spectacular. The receptionist was lovely. The breakfast lady and cleaner were very friendly and helpful. The older barman was very accommodating also. NEGATIVES We needed to wear a raincoat when turning on the basin vanity tap. Water everywhere. The shower head clearly needs replacing as the water goes in every direction except onto you. The whole room needs a proper thorough detailed clean to remove dust in curtains under bed and in vent screen. The Sour Rude young man with the man bun at the front of house waiting, needs an attitude check or some proper training in customer service. Also the thin girl with dark hair and tattoo's. ( Obviously trained by him) You will never get tips with your behaviour!"

"Yayaki is one of the nicest small hotels I have stayed in. We stayed for ten days and loved it. The staff are exceptional. Karl, the owner, has a really great team - George the Operations Manager overseeing all activity, Demetrios at the bar, Marissia serving breakfast, Lyllia ensuring the bedrooms are kept immaculate complete with wonderful creations made out of the towels; all were so kind and helpful. Every guest was made to feel special and at home. Karl really understands the meaning of 'Hospitality'. The swimming pool area is very pretty and most mornings we had it to ourselves. Breakfast is outstanding and generous - jugs of fresh orange juice, good coffee, almost anything you want to eat; as much or as little as you like. This is an outstanding small hotel well placed for exploring the town, but out of the hustle and bustle and only ten minutes walk to either the new or the old port. We had the most wonderful stay here."

"Extremely expensive for what it is. The building is old, very old with wooden doors and windows. The quality of service very low and overall I felt it was not worth it. It is not run by professionals. AVOID at all cost. I would not recommend it at all."

"Excellent hotel, fantastic location short walk from the port and centre. Staff were all excellent, rooms nice with good aircon. Second floor pool facing has views over the sea and nice little balconies albeit very hot in August. Breakfast lovely. All in all a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again if returning to Spetses. The town itself is lovely with great restaurants, cafes, ferry connections to mainland or other islands."
