The building is a medical centre and hotel. The entrance via a corridor off the main road and is initially off putting.
It is a bit away from the main town but bus stops outside. The roads outside are busy and some traffic noise unless windows closed, but good air con makes this ok. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit basic but nicely set out.
Perfectly good place to stay as the reception staff were helpful and pleasant.
It is stretching the point to call it luxury.

Distante circa 4km dal centro in un quartiere un po' periferico. Nonostante ciò la camera molto bella, con bagno grande e buona colazione. Per raggiungere il centro è presente sotto gli appartamenti una fermata degli autobus che con facilità porta nel cuore di Spalato. Host molto gentile. Consigliamo di usare Uber per muoversi di sera.

We rated two because 1. Very poor air conditioning. The room was boiling 2. No fan available 3. The refrigerator could not cool a bottle of water all night 4. Very limited breakfast options for vegetarians At this price I will not recommend anyone to stay in this heat as its tough to sleep without fan or air conditioning

There was a bath in The room. There wasnt the gym althought it was mentioned in the brochure. Room and the bathroom were modern and there was also finnish sauna and steam bath in the building. It was nice.

Location orribile, zona popolare piena di immondizie. Caldo infernale a Spalato ed aria condizionata che non funzionava (e leggendo tutte le recensioni recenti dicono la stessa cosa, segno che non hanno nessuna intenzione di sistemare). Davvero un posto terribile, per fortuna stavamo solo una notte

I’m very picky when it comes to places I stay and about this apartmet I can say everything was great! Very spacious room and very clean, the shower water pressure was excellent! The sauna was lovely and very clean too. THE ONLY thing that I can say is the entrance to this place is VERY strange! You go through a dark parking lot and it’s full of graffitis on the walls and run down looking BUT please don’t be put off, once you in the apartment all is very good! The bus stop is right in front of the property and there are many buses goes to the old town (first bus is from 5am till late night) and there’s been no problem at all. Just want to say please upgrade the ‘Entrance’ to this property, it’s very strange to go through an old and dark parking lot full of graffiti’s on the walls. It’s a shame because the apartment itself is so wonderful, modern and clean.

Priska Med Luxury Rooms is an excellent choice of accommodation in Split. The location is very good, close to restaurants and Lidl, where you can get additional supplies. You can also quickly reach the center with a short easy walk. The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. The TV offers a large selection of channels. The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is friendly and ready to help in any situation. Wi-Fi connection is excellent and free.
