Fabulous and excellent stay in this hotel which has many advantages. First of all, the location is perfect: the hotel is located on one of the main squares of the old town in the very heart of Split. Then, the room, rather large, with light colors, very clean, in short, very comfortable. We loved that our two rooms were connected. There is also the building which is a historic building among the old buildings of the city, but completely renovated. And there is breakfast, which is a mix between buffet and à la carte. A special thanks to the waitress who is in charge of breakfast who is an exceptionally friendly lady. And finally, there is this magnificent terrace that the hotel has and which overlooks the square. The only downside is that the catering (we tried the tea room) is average: the pastries are very sweet and the service is poorly organized. Some days: it's a bit of a delay, especially since the restaurant door is the same as the hotel door. We also did not appreciate, as we passed the bar, that a waiter used a toothpick personally or that another sneezed then served a customer's cup of tea. A little more organization and rigor on the catering side would give this hotel the appearance of an almost 5-star palace!
