Property is clean and great decor , right in the centre with everything on your door step
Vladimir was at hand to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs , so if you don’t mind stairs properly is ideal

Vladimir has been so far the best Host ever! He was waiting for us to help us to carry our luggages upstairs and gave us all the information we need to go around Split!
Our room was just like the picture - Super clean, nicely decorated, super comfortable and we had nexflit on the TV to wacth movies and tv shows in english.The location is perfect, a few steps way from Restaurants, Shops, Gelaterias. On our last day he let us stayed a bit longer for the check out and again helped us to take our luggages downstairs.We highly reccomend this stay!

Very nice unit and great location. Owner is very nice, helpful and communicative.
Property has no elevator and you need to carry your luggage to third floor.

The room was lovely, lots of extras, robes to use, wine glasses, water glasses and spirit glass. Kettle and mugs as well. Remember if you are American, floor count does not include the ground floor, so add one floor.

Best place to stay if you are visiting Split. Very near to the sea and surrounding is fantastic.
