The hotel is very good, and it is the highest rated hotel among the 9 cities I stayed in three European countries. The hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes' walk from the old town's Diocletian's Palace, which is very convenient. It is also convenient to eat nearby. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and the "hotel" that specializes in selling alcohol with the most complete range of alcohol I have seen so far. I bought my favorite German beer. The room facilities are complete, and it is the largest single room I have lived in so far, which is quite good. The breakfast is also very good. It is worth mentioning that the receptionist at the front desk is beautiful and kind, especially enthusiastic. She gave me a lot of travel suggestions, which are very good, not only the local attractions in Split, but also other good attractions nearby. I benefited a lot and will stay in this hotel next time.

It is common knowledge that comparisons are odious. Maybe we are not used to hotels with vintage decoration and that makes us hesitate when issuing an opinion. The hotel is good, the rooms are very large, very clean with very high ceilings and curtains. Well conditioned and air-conditioned, large and comfortable beds. They should improve the Wi-Fi issue, which when the hotel is full the connection goes at an exasperatedly slow speed. Breakfast is served in buffet format, everything is not very diverse, it is very well maintained. It is located ten minutes walk from the shopping and nightlife area, this can be an advantage as it is isolated from the madding crowd. It is not a bad option, but moderns refrain.

There are two types of rooms, apparently the economical one is in a basement that smells of humidity and we slept there one night, but in no case was it included in the reservation. When we complained about this, with the consequent displeasure since they told us that it was the one they had, they moved us to a room on the second floor. Hotel well located 10 minutes from the center and if you have a car it is a good choice because there is the option of parking on the street. Rooms on the upper floors are bright and comfortable. The only thing if you are going to book, ask if the room is located in the basement, although if you don't mind, go ahead and they were also spacious but with little light and a musty smell.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel where I appreciated the welcome of the staff, the relative proximity to the city center: 10 minutes walk from the old town, 20 minutes from the port, 30 to 35 minutes from the first beach . In Split, to get closer, I think you have to pay a lot more. The rooms are comfortable, but the decor is outdated. Breakfast is average for a 4 star hotel. The downside is the view of an unpleasant environment: a supermarket and an unsanitary building. That said, I do not regret choosing this hotel in exchange with another more modern and chic one at the same price but much further away. In Split, it's definitely worth doing everything on foot, otherwise it's impossible to park.

Great service from the reception overall, Very helpful/serviceminded and friendly. Everything else was like expected. We did not try the breakfast but it did not look so appealing to us anyways, not so much to choose from and small. 10-15 minute walk to the town and close to Ultra festival which was the reason we came here.

There was no lounge to relax in no bar no pool. It was a good hotel for visiting the local sites. The breakfast was very poor. We went in for breakfast and there was very little left and no offer of getting anything from the kitchen. The reception staff was very helpful though.

I have been a part of this beautiful hotel for two weeks, the minute I entered the building I knew that it was going to be a one in a million experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the beautiful aroma, then I went to reception where I was met by the fabulous General Manager Marina and the gorgeous receptionist Ana. The whole a**osphere just lifted my spirits as being away from home for two weeks I knew I’d be at home here. I met all staff even the hotel owner who was a fantastic gentleman. Within two days it was like I was apart of this amazing family, Jure, Tomo, Lenard and so many more. Although a 4⭐️ I personally would give this hotel 10⭐️ Every room here is amazing comfortable, bright and the effort put into its furnishings is top class. I cannot recommend this hotel much more than I have, it’s just amazing. Hopefully I’ll be back and this time I will bring my family, love to everyone at Hotel Globo, Split, Croatia. ♥️♥️♥️
