In the old town, easy to walk to the view point, very close to bus station and the ferry, unfortunately our rooms' A/C is leaking of water, it's wet during the next morning

Hotel has nice large rooms. Decor is rather charming. Reception was extremely helpful. There is one flight of stairs that must carry ur luggage to get to the elevator.

A brilliant location in old town. Rooms were large and clean. Unfortunately we had an air conditioning issue but we were able to move rooms to sleep which was the best outcome of a bad situation.

I have travelled more than 110 countries and many cities, but just wrote a few reviews. But this is one of the worst hotels in my whole life. The receptionist’s answer is always “I don’t know.” The closest public parking needs to charge more than 600 hrk and which is around €80 per day. And the receptionist has told that I should park at this one, and I can get a daily pass. But when I asked about the price, the answer is, “I don’t know, you can check yourself”. When I was asking the parking staff, she has kindly told me I can park at another public parking lot just near by, but 4 times cheaper, this one is too expensive. Due to the hotel is located at the old town, we have kindly asking for the assistance of luggages, but the receptionist said that she is the only person, nobody can help for it. Holy. It reminded me the bad experience at Oia, Santorini. Because the islands tour is popular at Split, I have asked the receptionist about some information, but the answer is “I don’t know.” and then she has pointed me a travel agency at the the front of hotel. When I wanted to make sure that the agency is trustable, but she just smile and smile. The hotel room is terrible, especially the shower area, just a bathtub without any cover, and easy to floating the whole bathroom after a shower. Anyway, at the beginning of the check in, the receptionist told me that, “our hotel is a heritage.” So what? During the check in, a very poker face, just like she is somebody or neighbours on the street, not working for the hotel. For the check out, even worse, seems I own that lady so much money. We were asking for the luggages storage. She just said, “leave it there.” with a very unfriendly and mind face. Strange, a very strange attitude. Another worst point is they asked €2 for each person for the city tax, normal and acceptable, but excuse me cash only, and no change at all. We only have €3.5 and €50 euro note. P.s. The hotel is really located a hidden area of street, and difficult to follow google map to find it. And we have been asked the restaurant people around, but nobody knows it.

Nice and quiet boutique hotel in the heart of Split right in Diocletian's palace. The touristy inner city attractions are all within 5 minutes of walking, the sea is just a stone throw away, and the splendid Marjan park about 15 minutes of walking.

La verdad estuvo espantoso y crítico que un ratón en la cama a media noche sin personal que nos atendiera ni responder a los teléfonos que tienen para el público y de la empresa ******* también trataron de contactarlos y no fue posible nadie nos atendió tuvimos que huir corriendo a la madrugada a buscar otro hotel porque era imposible quedar a dormir en esa habitación y no respondieron y no se hacen responsables siendo que es algo pésimo horrible y negligencia de la del hotel como para nunca más volver y decirles a todos que no se hospeden jamás solo yo solo quería que me cambiaran de habitación nadie me atendió insisto nadie nunca nadie respondió ni ******* y menos a mí fatal eso es fatal ya
