Judita Palace Heritage Hotel

Wow! What a spectacular place to stay! Andy(our porter) met us at the gate of downtown area and brought us to their beautiful location. The quaint little restaurant/bar and staff were amazing! The hotel had little ways to make you feel special and I would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed with my wife for a couple of nights. We did not plan to stay in the palace at first because it is somewhat of a challenge with luggage, being a pedestrian zone. On the other hand sleeping in the heart of the city proved to be a greater benefit. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is small and cozy located in a historic building within the Diocletian's palace. You access the hotel through a small courtyard where an open-air bar is located, one staircase leads to the main building with the reception and there is a detached building with 3 additional rooms, accessible by a second staircase. We stayed in the second building, the room was very spacious, good bed, very well insulated windows and a clean and functional bathroom. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they make you feel welcome. Breakfast is classic, not too many options but everyone can find something (fruit, cheese, salads...) and you can order eggs or pancakes which are made on the spot whichever way you like them. Again staff very accommodating and friendly. When you arrive/leave someone from the hotel will help you carry the luggage, they can either bring it to the nearest pickup spot for a car/taxi or they will organize a golf cart transport to your car. You can reserve a parking spot ahead of time with the hotel, however it is 55eur for a day, which is not cheap. I would suggest just leaving your car on a public parking and walking to the hotel, there are several structures within 5-10min. walk from the hotel (a day ticket is 18eur, on the weekends the parking is free from Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday). All in all a great hotel, within walking distance to everything.

During our family vacation in Croatia, we initiated our trip at this fabulous hotel. It exceeded our expectations with its excellent location and exceptional staff, who were professional and incredibly welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The staff is very nice and friendly. Julia , Marín and Iván at the reception were very helpful. The location is great. In the middle of the historic town. Great option to eat breakfast outside in a nice courtyard. The AC could have been stronger.

Our experience from the moment Chris met us at the Riva to help us with our luggage to the hotel to the moment we left was fantastic. Chris and Marie at the front desk helped us with our every need whether it was dining options, things to do, tips, additional things for the room, etc, MaryAnne was so sweet and helpful with breakfast in the morning and made the most amazing omelettes. The room was absolutely great and very comfortable overlooking the main square and steps away from the west entrance to the palace. The location was great with a convenience store close by if needed and dining options steps away. I wish we were spending more time at the hotel. Wonderful staff

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, and the staff was attentive. But we used their laundry service the day before we left and one of my articles was missing when they returned the laundry. Then the front desk didn’t believe me and continued to charge me for the laundry service. Made it hard to trust the establishment.
