just back from a memorable stay at the Hotel President. The staff were super friendly, cordial and professional. Breakfast included in the stay was very good indeed.
Would recommend a stay anytime.

Hotel situado a pocos minutos del centro caminando. Entre las cosas mejores: Situación, habitación amplia, buen buffet de desayuno en un comedor con varios ambientes. Entre las menos buenas: haría falta por lo menos otro ascensor para evitar esperas excesivas, la nevera del minibar metía mucho ruido dificultando el descanso (habría puntuado mejor a este hotel de no ser por ese detalle).

The hotel is perfectly placed for walking around Split, close to places of interest, restaurants and bars.
The hotel staff are a delight, so helpful & eager to ensure their customers are happy & well looked after.
There is no outside relaxation space at this hotel.
Although they provide an excellent breakfast, the restaurant wasn't open for other meals & the bar only offered limited snacks with drinks, that said please don't let that put you off, it is a great hotel & we would stay there again without any hesitation.

Had a great 5 night stay. It was within easy walking distance of Doltcletian's Palace and the Riva. Spacious room, breakfast was great with a good choice. Staff were friendly and pleasant. If i had to choose something negative then the hotel could be modernised and it would be nice to have a proper hairdryer rather than the one on the bathroom wall which was also taped together. But that didn't affect our enjoyable stay

Stayed for 2 nights in July 2023. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and very spacious. Furniture was dated but perfectly fine. Very conveniently located less than 10 min walk from the main promenade and also close to the bus terminal and the port.

Convenient location close to the old town and numerous restaurants. Relatively quiet room with comfortable beds. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly, helpful staff available 24/7 at the front desk. We reserved a “deluxe room” but were disappointed by the size of the room. This is an older hotel that has been remodeled, so it has a classic feel to it. Bathroom is adequate and newly remodeled, but it has a “classic”bathtub that is challenging to get in and out of to use the integral shower. Internet in the room is excruciatingly slow, especially in the late afternoon and evening. And you have to log-in with your code repeatedly!

Het hotel op zich is zeer stijlvol. Locatie is super, vriendelijk personeel (Snjezana, Nicola, Manny) deze 3 zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen met altijd een lach op hun gezicht. Alles was top behalve wifi

The service and hotel is excellent and breakfast is good. The problem is their wifi connection that is slow and kept disconnecting and room airconditioner is also off and on.
