Perfect Location, very clean and confortable suites. The hostes are The best, they gave excelent tips. We had the chance to “live us local”s for that time, going to delicious restaurants with Better prices . We indeed recomend to stay at Royal Suites and definetly follow Antonio’s and Tony’s advices.

Arrived and greeted by Antonio. Communication was perfect and cheerful. After receiving my key, Antonio invited me to a delicious welcome drink to start my journey in split. Even gave me a beer to take to my room. The room was clean and very well appointed. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Bath toiletries were , towels and design, very nice. Shower pressure great and warm. Views were stunning. Coffee was delicious. Needed a bus ticket to the airport, but could not obtain online while on the ferry back to split from Dubrovnik and Tony , Antonio’s colleague, procured it for me by personally walking to the bus station and buying ticket for me. Incredible favor and done with a smile upon receiving my ticket to the airport to fly back home. Overall, an unforgettable service , kindness, generous, cheerful and one of a kind experience. Had breakfast as well and in the kitchen were 2 sweet cheerful ladies to prepare an omelette and crepes and overall beautiful spread of breakfast items. I will be back to stay again and can’t say anything negative about my stay. Thanks again Antonio, Tony, and both sweet kind ladies at breakfast. Magic !

Royal Suites is the perfect place to stay in Split for many reasons. The location is perfect, the views are stunning, the rooms are cosy, spotless and very comfortable but most of all, the hospitality is extraordinary. The entire staff is super helpful and very warm and they go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful trip. Antonio took so much time and effort to make genuinely great recommendations for us to visit and explore which was super helpful. He also made reservations on our behalf for dinner. But that was the least of it. After I accidentally left my jacket at a restaurant on Hvar Island, Antonio arranged for its return via another boat, sparing me a return trip and was so sweet about it. He was of great help throughout and even on our hot departure day, he made sure we had water and cold drinks to take with us. The personal touches at Royal Suites made our trip to Split not just enjoyable, but truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here for a genuinely delightful experience.

In summary: Excellent location, great breakfast, spacious room, very friendly and helpful team, and beers appeared in the fridge! This really is an excellent hotel choice for solos, couples or families. I chose the Superior Double Room with Balcony, and found the room spacious and well-equipped with a good, quiet air conditioning unit and a generous shower room. The balcony offered a view of the sea and a charming little lane leading into the main centre. Point of note: The hotel is accessible via stairs so this would not be a suitable hotel for guests with mobility issues.

This place is amazing. I spent a week here with my sister during Spring Break. Absolutely the best week ever. Hotel staff is friendly, warm and very personable. We felt like everyone went out of their way to make sure we were extra comfortable and taken care of. The room was perfectly clean, comfy bed and perfect location for walking all over Split. This really is a special place I feel lucky to have found. 100/10 recommend!

3日間滞在しましたが、スタッフさんはとても親切でオススメのレストランや行き先についてもアドバイスしてくれました。 ディオクレティアヌス宮殿やバスターミナルからも近く、ビーチも徒歩圏内なので大変便利でした。部屋やレストランはとてもキレイで、また静かな場所でリラックスして過ごすことができました。朝食のパンケーキはこれまでに食べた中で1番美味しかったです！妻も大変気に入り、新婚旅行の良い思い出になりました。またスプリットを訪れる機会があれば、ぜひまた滞在したいです！ 唯一の欠点は1階の入口から2階のフロントまでエレベーターがない事。荷物はスタッフさんが運んでくれますが、ベビーカーや車椅子の方は少し厳しいかもしれません…。

The room was very nice, but the best part of our stay was the people. The breakfasts with made to order entrees were fantastic and the two young folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in getting us settled, offering tips for what to see, and suggesting some excellent restaurant choices. The staff really helped make our two days in Split a wonderful experience!
