The place I stayed for a while~ It was clean and nice!
However, I was confused because there were a lot of stairs.
However, I was very grateful that they were willing to drop off my suitcase at check-out!^^
The location was great as it was in a busy area near Zara.
When visiting Split, I will visit again with a light suitcase^^

The property is in a good area, easy access to all landmarks and restaurants.
Also I want to thanks to Adriana and Ivana for being such a wonderful couple.
They are so friendly and kind, during our stay we had health issues but Ivana was really helpful.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom with great instant hot water and good water pressure. Nice to have hot water kettle for coffee or tea. Location was great and easy walk to all the sites. Host was friendly and offered great suggestions for where to eat and what to see. Definitely recommend Marjan park!
One note is that there is no elevator so there is a hike of 4 flights of stairs and because of central location, can get quite noisy. I did fine with ear plugs.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the old city. The owner was very friendly and helpful and it had great Wi-Fi. If you have mobility issues, you need to know it is on the third floor with no elevator. We loved it and would stay there again.

Lovely boutique room. The only issue is the minimal signage directing you to the place. *PLEASE NOTE, THE ONLY SIGN IN A BLACK PLAQUE ON THE DOOR FRAME*, easy to overlook. Pay close attention when you’re looking for it! The owners were very warm and friendly.

The location was great and the rooms finished to a high standard. The apartments are on a busy street though and even though on the third floor the windows aren’t soundproof which did disturb sleep. Despite advertising luggage storage being an option (and this was the reason we checked out of a villa and stayed here for the final night so we’d have a place to store bags before our flight) the host was clearly very put out for us to wanting to leave bags for more than a couple of hours. Priority was clearly when he was when he was planning to be at the accommodation rather than when we needed storage until. Seemed at odds with being able to check in until midnight
