At first glance, it looks like an ordinary house, so it may be difficult for some people to find it. When contacting the hotel receptionist by email, they will reply as soon as possible.
And the facilities and amenities were very complete. In addition to the TV, there was a refrigerator, an air conditioner, bath towels and shampoo, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time.

No soundproofing. No room maintenance, the shower head and the fridge are in poor condition. Insufficient lighting. The exterior door is never locked and no one at reception.

We stayed 3 nights in this accommodation with smells of sewage coming up in the room. The kitchen is not very functional (equipment present glasses, plates, knives, fork, spoon, cup, saucepan) and equipment needed to add dishwashing liquid, sponge, cloth, garbage bag, additional frying pan or saucepan, bowl and shower mat.
The hot water from the tank empties quickly, broken shower door, broken bathroom door hinge. The accommodation is very noisy we heard the neighbors all the time even when they were in their room watching TV. The entrance door has a useless code because it doesn't really close. We had to enter the code once upon returning around 3 a.m. but otherwise free access around 10 p.m.

The advantage of this accommodation is its proximity to the tourist center of Split (5 minutes on foot). Otherwise need to refresh the bathroom, poor bedding comfort. The villa is very close to Split’s old town and to several markets. The apar**ent had a stove and cooking appliances, as well as a mini fridge, very convenient. What we felt that was lacking was trash bins. Other than that, we were very well greeted by the host and the room was quite comfortable.

In a quiet area but close to the center and the beach on foot, clean, simple but with everything you need except a trash can, which is strange in a place where you can cook. No elevator and rooms up to the third floor

The Villa Spalatina was a cheap and it showed that in many ways. First good points were that it was very close to the Old Town, Split. The bad points were much more numerous. These included, very soft mattresses on the beds, loose fitting electrical sockets ij both our rooms, TV had no channels available!, fixtures and fittings in the shower were broken or missing, door handles came loose etc etc. These were reported to the management team multiple times and although they responded, they were never fixed. Overall a poor accomodatian experience and would not recommend.
