Around 5-7mins walk to the bus station. The room and spacious and clean. The bed is huge and amazingly comfortable. The shower is also clean and well-equipped with a hairdryer. They have a cupboard with cups and cutlery. Looks exactly like the pictures shown here. They have a TV but not sure how to play Netflix on it.
The staff are nice but sometimes dunno where to find them at night time.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Split, the house is very well placed for the waterfront, Palace both being only 5 mins walk, there is a small supermarket just over the road. The room itself was immaculately clean and has everything you need, there is Aircon but we found the placing of the windows gave a lovely through breeze so did not use it. Owners are very easy to contact and helpful and we arranged airport pick up from them which all went very smoothly. the only negative we found was there were only two hangers in the wardrobe so may be worth bringing a couple if you will need more other than that it was perfect.

House Sandra is near to the main bus station. It is also within walking distance to the old town of Split. The internal is also beautifully decorated. Would recommend it.

Lovely top floor apar**ent with a good amount of windows and a ridiculous number of lighting options. The check in was nice and the guy was courteous and helpful but this was self-catered so didn't see them again. Everything was nice and clean and the apar**ent was spacious with a well stocked tea station. Close enough to the main ferry and bus terminal as well as the old town historic sites and restaurants.
