Fabulous spacious apar**ent with amazing sea views. We had the 2 bed ground floor corner terrace apar**ent and loved the outdoor space, especially the day bed and direct access to pool area. Hosts were welcoming and helpful recommending some great restaurants and day trips. Very clean apar**ent with comfy beds and blackout shutters. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. The apar**ent is approx 3 miles from centre of Split but worth it for sea views and quality of accommodation. There is some construction going on in the immediate surrounding area which makes it less attractive - will be great when it’s complete! Uber provide easy access into city centre for approx 7euro. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay with another couple as we rented the 2 beds 2 baths apar**ent.Close to amenities with an amazing ocean view from the apar**ent we stayed in. Communication with host is excellent. Spent a relaxing 4 days there. Had everything we needed.

We had another great stay at this “secret” gem just south of Split. Spacious, clean and modern apar**ent. Very helpful host and owner with great good tips for excursions, restaurants etc. There are two grocery stores in walking distance so it’s easy to pick up all you need. The pool and pool area is great with sun all day (which is not the case for the next door Amphora hotel pool). The beach is just across the street. We heard the whole beach area will go through a big refurbishment and development the next couple of years, so this part of Split will probably be even more attractive in the future. There’s are few places nearby for lunch and dinner (e.g. Hotel Fanat and Amphora), and a lot more to chose from a short drive to the Split old town.

Superb accomodation! From the moment we reserved we had great communication from Zeljana the owner. She provided so many tips to take the stress out of our first holiday after Covid. She welcomed us on our arrival and explained all the facilities. This is first class accomodation which is brand new… high spec furniture and beautifully decorated. We reserved the two ground floor apar**ents right beside the pool with the sea directly in front. We got Ubers into Split city every evening to eat but we often had lunch in one of the beach bars opposite EOL at lunchtime. Book here and you won’t be disappointed… however they have a fab reputation so often fully booked way in advance!

Iva and Željana ( the hosts ) were so lovely and welcoming . The apar**ent is super clean , super spacious and just an excellent location . A short walk to the city centre which is perfect ! Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in split , families , couples , friends ! Perfect for everyone . The view was brilliant too!! Would love to come back in the future

Amazing apar**ent with everything you could ask for. Comfy beds, great showers, spacious rooms, air con, friendly staff. It's a good 3 and a half mile walk into the centre of Split or around £5 in an Uber (and there are loads available). We'll be back

We travelled as three families with two adults and teenagers in each group. We reserved the ground floor two bedroom appar**ents which were just beautifully decorated and furniture of top spec! The pool just on our terrace and lovely pergola next to the rooms where you can eat lunch in the shade. Zeljana is the appart owner and her communication and travel tips from the moment we booked were perfect. She recommended a boat trip which was a full day that we loved! She also recommended some fab restaurants…. Nothing was too much trouble for Zeljana. She met us on arrival and gave a really great description of all our facilities in the appart. We took Ubers into split every night to eat, for us it was a great location to have brand new appar**ents handy to pop to split. Would defo recommend this appar**ent! First class!

We traveled as a couple in July 2022. We had apar**ent 13 on the ground floor. The covered terrace had wonderful views of the sea and direct access to the swimming pool. Furniture and fittings were very stylish. Zeljana was a very attentive host, providing many recommendations for restaurants in Split city which was a very quick Uber ride from the apar**ent. There are excellent access facilities for people with reduced mobility at the adjacent beach.
