The room was not cleaned very well. The hair of the previous guest was on the bath towels. However, the front desk staff were well-trained and hospitable. There were fewer types of breakfast, but the quality was high. The hotel room was very new, designed in a Mediterranean and modern style The combination is very comfortable and quiet. The location is very close to the old town. Since the stay is off-season, the front desk specially upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The overall feeling of staying is good, it is worth recommending

We had such lovely rooms! The exceptional part, though, was the incredible service offered by this hotel. Lucijia always remembered what we like for breakfast, attentive and so friendly! I recommend this hotel for a multitude of reasons!

This is a beautifully designed hotel. Tasteful modern design in an elegent house. Get suite 105 if you can with a bedroom, living room, and bathroom. All equally large. It has two balconies. I must mention the staff. All were very friendly and helpful. They added much to the stay. I hope to be able to return soon.

First of all location location location! A beautiful art deco hotel situated in a historic building steps away from the old city . The hotel staff itself extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tastefully decorated. A sumptuous breakfast was part of our stay Recommend highly

We were supposed to be at another hotel but I had refused the room, the owner suggested this hotel to us at no extra cost. Very small room, two of us were very cramped, beautiful decoration, in fact, the whole decoration of the hotel is very pretty. Box, TV, wifi, minibar everything is correct except the minibar which is not cold, I mentioned it and I am told that everything is normal??? I brought a bottle from the minibar to reception, and I was told that it was indeed not cold. Our room was on the 1st floor on the street side which is very busy and therefore very noisy. Parking at 17 euros.

Friendly welcome on our arrival. Beautiful comfortable rooms. But… The suites, junior suite and luxury rooms are at the front of the hotel which overlooks an intersection between two busy roads day and night. Despite double-glazed windows, we feel like we're sleeping in the street and in fact we don't sleep! Not up to the standard of a MacGallery. And even less of a comment that described the hotel as quiet! Very average breakfasts and unfriendly service. Overcooked omelette. Buffet not restocked without customer request. No choice of tea. When you ask for green tea you can have a simple green tea or lemon tea or other of the waitress's choice... The hotel has neither swimming pool, nor spa, nor real terrace or bar worthy of the name. It does, however, provide towels for going to the beach… but charges this service with a supplement for worn and mismatched beach towels. Platinum member on a family trip I asked to be downgraded for the last night so that I could finally sleep. No action from the establishment. Never again, a big disappointment

We really, really loved this hotel and can’t believe that there aren’t more reviews! We checked in rather late (10 pm) and were well received and let in to our reserved parking spot, to which we received directions well in advance by mail. Parking in Split can be a nightmare so to be able to book parking in advance by the hotel this close to Diocletian’s palace is a dream. This was our second time visiting Split and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The decor is tasteful art nouveau, well thought out and everything looks brand new. The hotel is very quiet (with three glass windows) although located in central Split. Bathroom was spacious with a shower that didn’t leak (which me and my husband have found to be a rarity) and we even had a small balcony. The staff is so, so incredibly kind and will make sure you have a great stay. We received some recommendations on what to do on our remaining trip from no less than two of the members of the staff which we will make sure to check out. Thank you! The breakfast buffet may look small on some pictures but don’t be fooled. They have a menu that you can order from if you’d like something warm and the coffee is great. Thank you once again for great service and a pleasant stay. If we’re lucky enough to return to Split we’ll more than likely stay with you again.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. There are so many small touches that really make your stay special. The staff is warm and friendly. They gave us a terrific recommendation for a beach bar just outside of town that was perfect for us. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is spotless. The location is ideal - just an easy 5 minute walk to the old town. We loved it!
