We had a good experience. Peter the person who help us very nice person and was available all the time ( even before to get there I contacted this place and talked to Peter) via WhatsApp. I requested blow dryer and an Iron and he brought it to us right away. He gave us some tips and show us where to go.
Room comfortable and simple bathroom was nice too, that room has everything that I needed. So clean and inside the building smells so good.
Very secure and close to everything. What I like the best so peaceful. It cannot be a luxury place but the location was perfect clean, secure and Peter was the best ! I highly recommend this place if you are ok to have a place to sleep a good bathroom a good bed I love the simplicity and location of this place.

Perfect location in a vibrant area of the city and not far from the park either - well worth a visit! Shut the windows and you can’t hear a thing - great nights sleep. Great host and available when needed. The apartment was exactly as per the photos and has everything you need. Would highly recommend

Peter was an amazing host, helped with luggage, met us upon arrival, apartment was clean and spacious, updated decor, close to the old town. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. GReat place

Fantastic location in Old Town within steps from everything! The host Petar was waiting for us and was available anytime for any questions or concerns that may have come up. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and will use on future trips.

The host picked us up at the flight, chatty and nice (45 euros, worth it!) nice two-room apartment with high standard equipped kitchen area, extra bonus for an espresso maker. The only downside is the view from the balcony, but what does that do? Konzum right outside to shop for food and drinks in. Lots of good restaurants in the area as well as close to the old town which is a must visit. Recommends hiking in the Marjan park a few km from the accommodation, where there are also nice baths and viewpoints.
We stayed here for six nights and are very satisfied with both the accommodation and Split
