It is a good option for you if you drive since the hotel is located 15 minutes from Split old town. It is a fair distance to drive to the centre. The hotel is new and clean with a modern interior design of the room which makes it pleasant to stay. The well design of the hotel room makes it feel spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast is relatively simple with not much choice but that does not bother us since Split has many great restaurants out there waiting for us.
Overall, I am satisfied with this stay and would recommend this hotel since it is clean and beautiful.

New, clean hotel, excellent room and bathroom, breakfast in a large room and acceptable in terms of quality and quantity. Attentive and friendly staff. Parking behind the hotel. All good with one exception. In my opinion it is a perfect hotel for the businessman, who after meetings stays comfortably overnight and then picks up the car and leaves. The considerable distance from the center, located in an industrial area, makes it less suitable for tourists who always have to travel by means of transport to access places of interest.

I had a pleasant stay here although my booking was chaotic thanks to my travel agent. The Batuda staff and GM were absolutely lovely and helpful. I stayed up with one of the gentlemen receptionist and he helped me book a bus... Croatia and Batuda have my heart

New hotel, large parking, modern and clean room and varied breakfast. Very kind staff. The location is great. Everything's good! I would definitely recommend the hotel to stay, we will be back for sure.

A fantastic hotel - clean, inviting, easily accessible, friendly and professional staff, great for access to the city or for airport transfer. The only minus is the hallway noise, much of it coming from guests - yelling and door slamming woke me up at 5.30am, and the cleaning crews weren't much more quiet either a little after 7am. Otherwise - a great place!
