Front desk was absolutely wonderful, Chelsea went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of!! Would recommend this location to anyone. Close to everything and the best bed and pillows ever. Parking was easy and can leave car till 6pm.

Location is with in walking distance of a dozen bars and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel has great food for decent prices and the bartenders are a wealth of knowledge for the area. Absolutely recommend a stay here.

Alyssa B at the front desk did an outstanding job welcoming us, making sure our family had all our rooms near each other, all the while being warm and engaging. She even made arrangements for a small refrigerator to be delivered to our son and daughter-in-law’s room to refrigerate some things for their baby. It’s this type of experience that will make us come back. Thank you!

This is a very nice hotel. However, the pricing structure nickels and dimes guests. I had to pay extra to have a mini fridge in the room, and there is an amenities fee not mentioned in the room price. My biggest issue with our stay was poor communication regarding how to have our room cleaned and then defensive blame shifting by guest services when I asked to have to room cleaned. It was weird, frankly. It was as if I was supposed to somehow know their particular process, which I’ve never seen in any other hotel I have used…beans bizarro for such a nice hotel to treat their customer with disrespect. When housekeeping fixed the room up, they were awesome.

I met Tyler this evening. I was extremely frustrated at the coat of an uber to go 1 mile. Over $34. As i was waiting the front desk called a cab. Tyler let me know as i was waiting that in the future that a shuttle would be available if I remained in the area. Completely unsolicited .. but so Kind. I appreciate that type of customer service and as a result will Continue to stay here

I didn’t make it there because my flight was delayed and delayed and missed my connecting flight thanks to American Airlines.
