"This was my second-worst experience with a hotel ever. The room wasn't clean and they didn't fully clean it (meaning the bedding mostly) after three requests to do so. Housekeeping left a queen sheet on a king bed, leftover burger and fries in the fridge, a filthy remote, residue on the bathroom counter, a white substance on the bathroom door, and smaller stains (cigarettes?) on the sheets. When I complained about the sheets, the front desk gave me king sheets, which I had to put on myself. That's when I saw the stains on the blanket and other sheets. I tossed the blanket on the floor (didn't need it because the AC didn't work and made it through the night. In the morning I shared my pictures with the front desk, and they assured me that they would do a thorough cleaning. When they finally got to it (sometime after 4pm), they emptied the leftover food, wiped the bathroom counter, but didn't clean the remote, the light switch, or the door. They tossed the same soiled bedding back on the bed without even trying to "make the bed." I went down again and asked for my room to be cleaned. When I came back that evening, the sheets were new, but they put the same stained blanket back on the bed. I then took the blanket and remote to the front desk and left them there, as they clearly weren't getting the picture. All they did was knock off $20 from the bill. So, my employer, who didn't have to deal with the uncleanliness is the only one that got anything. Never stay at this hotel!"

"This is a motel. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was not very large, but it was generally clean and had no unpleasant smell. Parking is not free and costs $7 per night. Breakfast is served at Rose’s Restaurant, which is located downstairs around the corner. As a hotel guest, you can enjoy one complimentary breakfast there, with choices such as a breakfast burrito, a traditional American breakfast, and other options. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"As a Ctrip Gold Diamond user, I stayed in this hotel for 6 consecutive days, 6 nights, 7 days. And except for the cleaning on the first day, on the second, third, and fourth days, I notified the front desk three times that I needed house cleaning, but they didn't come, didn't replenish the water, didn't change the sheets, and didn't make up for me. And until now, when I checked out today, on November 2, no one came. So I really hate this hotel, and its mattress, of course this is a personal subjective reason, I feel that it is very uncomfortable to sleep."

"The hotel is average, but it doesn't look like a plus. Since I was in transit, it was right at the highway exit, which was very convenient. However, it is located in downtown, so there were some strange people outside the hotel. Outdoor parking is free, and indoor parking is $15 a day. I think it's better to pay for parking to be safe."

"Front desk at reception was exceptionally accommodating. When I arrived I needed help finding a restaurant where I could get dinner take-out. Lee, the manager, pulled up a restaurant he recommended and helped me order dinner. When I inquired about the availability of breakfast before my early a.m. departure to the airport he left breakfast for me at the reception desk. Thank you Lee for your care and friendly service - you are clearly a special man! Room was clean and recently renovated so it was very pleasant. One recommendation - shower floor was very slippery. Could add something to the floor to give a more secure shower experience."

"We booked a one night stay at Ramada Downtown Spokane 1/1-1/2/26.  We checked into #336 and the room seemed fine until we tried to use the hot water to wash and found there wasn’t any at our sink nor in the shower. I immediately called the front desk and explained the problem. Gabriella was apologetic and moved us to another room #313, we packed up our stuff and Moved to the new room. Because of the problem with the first room, I immediately tried the water in the new room. I let it run for about 5 minutes and it remained cool. I turned on the shower and only a small trickle came out. So I went back downstairs to talk to Gabriella. She again moved us to another room, this time on the 2nd floor #211. It was about 9:00 pm and we were tired from driving all day. When I got to the room, both the sink and tub had standing water in them— obviously a drainage problem.  This was the third room and we were not interested in seeing any more rooms. We asked Gabriella for a refund as we weren’t going to be able to stay there after 3 attempts to get an adequate room. She said she was not allowed to make refunds and gave me your email. So I’m writing to you for a refund of our room payment and the deposit.  Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.  We had to book another hotel in Spokane for more money, because Ramada didn’t resolve the problem despite 3 opportunities to do so.  — This email was originally sent to Jodi the manager yesterday, but we have received no response whatsoever."
