Friendly service and a pretty nice facility overall. Our room was a bit dark and the shower could have been better (low pressure, the tub diverter wasn't working fully) but it looks like they're doing renovations so these things will probably improve. Appreciated the complimentary EV charging.

I was surprised, that with the close proximity of the airport, it was very quite. I would come back again to this hotel when we are in Spokane area.

The only problem was we got a handicap room and didn't
request one but wasn't a big problem except the handicapped shower I'm a little tall for it!

A nice hotel that is convenient to many areas of the west Spokane Valley. The lobby was very modern with a bar and restaurant. Was surprised to find that the rooms, while very clean, were not as modern as the lobby area.

Rooms are being renovated at this hotel where I am staying. I complained to Reception about noise above my room and was told that they could do nothing until 10:30 pm when it is "Quiet Time". What a joke - this is no way to run a hotel. I was also woken up by work in the room above mine at 3:30 am this morning. Am leaving tomorrow.
