GGuest UserThe hotel is a very beautiful castle-style building as a whole, located on a small high platform, and the night view around it is very beautiful at night. The hotel staff is welcoming and the breakfast is rich. The room size is very good, clean and tidy. There is also an old-fashioned game console in the lobby, and the children like to play.

GGuest UserI love the service. The people who work there, honest and friendly. They also had great knowledge and suggestions about the best place I can take food and service my car. It was cosy and beautiful hotel. I also enjoyed their internet TV.

KkroseyStayed here after a late flight before heading west. It was comfortable. The only issue is, it's right across the street from the hospital, so the helicopter is flying in and out all night.

GGuest UserIt's clean and the location is okay. It's convenient to go to the park in the city center. The only thing is that there are more homeless people in the city center. There is underground parking which is very safe. 5 minutes drive to the city center landmark park

No large towels were provided only hand towel size .
Lots of hairs in bed
Toilet did not flush properly
Bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave provided were both clean
Wifi worked ok and lady on reception was nice .
