Love this hotel. It is no frills, but they accept dogs, have a great staff, it is clean and is in a great part of town. There is not a ton of parking, but they do have some spots inside their area.

dark, desolate, and dodgy. very surprised someone awarded this place three stars. but i can understand why there are no refunds once you see the place. im not certain there is another guest in this hotel with us.

We love the Ruby! We stay there every time we go to Spokane. The mattress in our room was very comfortable and the shower is great for tall people. Don’t forget to bring your earplugs because you are staying right in the thick of things. Walking distance to everything you could possible need!

The Hotel was very nice. I had a single room queen sized bed. It was comfortable and affordable. The hotel staff was very nice and pleasant and even assisted me in local restaurants and areas to explore while i was in town. The room was clean, the pillows were soft, and the shower had great water pressure. My only "complaint" would be that the parking is somewhat difficult if you have a larger car or truck. But overall when i come back i will be booking with them again.

This hotel is clean and had friendly staff. It is in the absolute perfect location for a concert at the knitting factory and parking is available for cheap. The beds and pillows aren’t the greatest, but can’t really complain for the price!! Would stay here again.
