We paid in advance for the room. On the hotel check in policy the hotel on fine print stated that we can check in latest by 6 am the following day. At 3:15 the hotel tagged us as a no show contrary to their contract with us. We were turned out into the street in Spokane even if they had already received our funds in advance. They have declined to give us a full refund for what was their fault. We spent 10000 usd on trip.com per month and would caution other business travels to be aware that their actual actions are different from stated and wanted to share our experience of being put out in the street. We don’t want other people to go through the same. I’ll do we did not use the room at 3:15 AM after almost 20 hour journey from Houston to Seattle by train from Seattle to Spokane arriving to get into the hotel to rest and shower denied. I don’t want anything else to go through the same experience it was terrible.

It's clean and the location is okay. It's convenient to go to the park in the city center. The only thing is that there are more homeless people in the city center. There is underground parking which is very safe. 5 minutes drive to the city center landmark park

I came to Spokane for a business event and choose to stay in the Baymont Spokane for a couple of nights. I can definitely say that at this price range this might be the best hotel I have stayed in. I am totally satisfied and am coming back here whenever I am back in town. Loved the energy in staff and the breakfast seemed fresh with quite a bit of variety in it! Loved it, recommend it!

Not too expensive and very clean. The deposit is 100 which is hard to afford sometimes but I stay here every time I stay in Spokane because it didn’t break the bank and it is very clean. Beds are comfortable too.

It was a handicap room, very spacious, good bars for the shower, about a quiet as a downtown motel would expect to be. Staff was really wonderful and made me feel welcome. Breaktast sufficient, I found a new brand of yogurt I really liked. Room and facility really was easy for someone with mobility issues. I'd go there again.

Debbie at front desk was amazing. I had an awful experience at a previous hotel which left me feeling unsafe and scared. She got me into a beautiful room, made me feel so so safe and was amazing. Room was clean, breakfast was lovely, view was stunning. Thankyou Debbie for saving me and making my last night in the states amazing. Hotel is stunning. Staff are amazing.
