The beds are comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is open late and the location is perfect for all major events and hospitals. It is an older motel so the finishes are dated but kept clean and functioning properly. I’ve stayed in newer hotels that you could hear guests in the room next door (water in the shower, etc) or from the hallways but not the case here. I would recommend staying here. Easily accessible from I-90 and Division St. The only negative I felt was that breakfast hours are short (6-9am).

I unfortunately booked a stay here with my 2 teenagers through Priceline. I knew I wasn’t booking 5 star accommodations but one of the perks looked like it would have continental breakfast service which was appealing when traveling with multiple people for multiple nights. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but had to leave after just the 1st night stay. We were told breakfast was from 6am-9am so when I went up at 8 I wasn’t expecting one dry sausage, some eggs stuck to a warmer tray and was curious how long that had even been there for. There’s typically juice options (orange, cran or apple). They had one dispenser of what I’m guessing was iced tea, warm. Coffee was empty as well. I went to the service counter to inquire when the food would be replenished. After waiting for 10min with another patron we found out that staff were just standing outside with visitors and smoking. I asked one of them to come in so we could get some assistance to which she replied “we were just taking a break since we’ve been here since 6”. It was 8am. Hardly warrants a break IMO. We were told someone would be right up to replenish the food and coffee. That someone was the same person outside smoking and most definitely wasn’t on food service. I had already had a list of annoyances with this hotel up until this point: *Rooms are filthy *They had an elevator repair come in and was drilling at 7:30am, we were the room next to elevator. *Our key stopped working at 11pm the night before and we only checked in right before 10pm. When we asked for assistance we were told by a staff who just got there “nobody knows which rooms have been cleaned, their system locks people out of their rooms and the fix for this was to leave a door open or to leave someone alone in the room “ which is alarming of a comment in and of itself. *Pool was being serviced as there was a closed for cleaning sign but it was very vague on what was being serviced. We were told the guy in the pool room was actually just painting but as he had a hose in the water and water looked filthy anyway we weren’t going to stay and swim by any means anymore. My kids and I went back up for breakfast at 8:30am and stayed there for a while until a staff member came into the room to clean up and promptly was asked to leave at 9. I was already on the phone with Priceline at this point to cancel the remainder of my stay. But because I booked with Priceline and not the hotel directly, I became an awkward middle man between the two. Priceline needed to speak with the staff at the hotel in order to cancel my reservation but because the staff never stayed in the building or answered the phone this caused an even bigger annoyance for me. I then had to find someone and ask them to answer their phones when it rang. I had to stand in front of them while Priceline was on the phone with both of us, which was super awful because the staff in front of me are rude and unhelpful. I then asked for a discount for the ni

You pay for what you get. No complaints whatsoever because we knew what we were getting ourselves into, but if you were looking for a family-friendly hotel you may have to look elsewhere. The building is old, but the rooms were kept clean. Breakfast has scrambled eggs and sausage, but that's really it. It was disappointing for a hotel breakfast, but we still got it so again no complaints. The area feels unsafe, but as long as you mind your own business or come with a positive attitude, it was fine. The highlight is the staff. They are the best. I got to talk to one of them and they are friendly and helpful. Each time I asked for a towel, they were able to get it for me. Room service does not come everyday, but that was okay. Overall, this is your average place and perfect if you're just looking for a place to stay.

When I arrived I was almost treated with hostility by the desk clerk. At which point I found out the laundry equipment was broken down. The hotel had posted signs that the pool and hot tub were open from 9:00 a.m. until midnight. The next morning I got up at 9:00 a.m. to eat breakfast and take a dip. In the hot tub only to be scolded by the pool boy who was doing maintenance after 9:00 a.m. none of the staff at this hotel are friendly or approachable. They treat guests with hostility.

Our room was dirty upon arrival. Stains on the bathroom wall and a clogged sink that brought up prior customers’ beard trimmings. We went to front desk and were offered 2 separate rooms on same floor. Both had issues (light that wasn’t working, full trash cans and doodles left on table.). The facility was run down and carpets in the hallway were stained but they weren’t vacuumed either. The same cheezits and green tortilla chips were scattered on the floor for our 2 night stay.
