There was bed bugs and or fleas biting me throughout the night. I couldn’t rest. When I went to the front desk the clerk said they couldn’t do anything because the manager wasn’t there until Monday.

We didn’t like the parking situation. The closest parking spots were marked for loading and unloading(5 spaces).At the end of those spaces was one handicapped space which we are entitled. So we parked at the end (handicapped) space while all the “loading” spaces were taken by other guests! We were there for 3 nights! I don’t know if the other guests asked about parking there or not. I guess we just weren’t smart enough to ask!
On another note—we want to acknowledge the lady who takes care of the breakfast room. We observed that she also collected trash from the parking area, mopped the area outside the elevators after swimmers went through with wet feet, switched the motel laundry from washers to dryers and still greeted guests with a smile! We just neglected to get her name but she needs to be acknowledged with gratitude!

It was okay could’ve been better called for extra towels and they had no clean towels In the rooms or swimming area. Plus is swimming ends at 12 kids had fun

The room was dirty. I reserved two rooms, and they were not cleaned until I insisted that they be cleaned. Even then, only one room was cleaned the second night. The entire hotel is dirty. The manager is unprofessional and should not serve the public. She does not know how to manage a quality hotel, which is the reason her hotel provides substandard service. I wish I could give a "0" satisfaction rating.

This was a horrible experience. I wouldnt stay here ever! Its dirty and the staff was incredibly rude. Nasty place...keep looking!

If I could give less stars I would The room was dirty, when we checked in, the desk lady made the beds after an hour of chaos, I had to clean the toilet(which was filthy), shower, counters. The floors were filthy, we had to use the garbage with previous garbage in it. Bed spread had animal hair on both of them!! Very disappointed and was hoping to get some kind of discount since I had to clean our family’s room. Paid $285 and they said NO type of refund!! Worse experience for our family and my kids, they didn’t even get to change for the pool until an hour half after we got there, 9:30 at night because we had to clean the room! I was also told by the revealed she made the beds and I was cleaning the bathroom that a sting operation was going on by cops in the parking lot! A helicopter was flying over head in circles also while we tried to settle down for the night! Not family friendly at all!!
