Tony was a wonderful front-end for us, family if 4 who drove a long way from Livingston, MT and we were exhausted after such a long travel. She upgraded us without even showing i was a premiere marriot bonvoy. I think she provided such a warm welcome for us that was a perfect advertisment for a city, spokane, that eas otherwise just thought as an intermediate step on the way to seattle. Wr are thinking about coming back. L

Would not have stayed here if not for a work conference. Room was big, but bathroom was super weird. Sitting on the toilet, you are looking right into the shower, so there is no privacy to shower or go to the bathroom. Right across the street from the convention center, so that was handy. But the conference rooms inside the hotel are dark, dank, and a maze of difficult to find rooms. Coffee stand is awful - the servers are excellent, but they have no choice but to serve instant oatmeal and stale pastries. Like I said, I was there for work, so not a big deal, but I wouldn't stay there for a vacation.

I had the opportunity to meet Timmy this evening. He not only was extremely professional.. he was kind and thoughtful. I often stay at this hotel for work and meeting him this evening makes my decision to stay even better. He is a model employee.
