I was supposed to take the airtrain from the airport to the Gold Coast, but I got on the wrong train and ended up at Roma Street. I chose this hotel on Spring Hill by mistake. It's actually quite close to walk up the hill from Roma Street Train Station, but if you're not familiar with the road, you have to take a detour. At the foot of the hill is the North Bank Commercial Center, and then south across a bridge is South Bank, which is almost a miniature version of "Gold Coach". The front desk lady was a small Filipino girl that day. I told her that I wanted a room with sunshine, and she said that it was noisy because of the construction outside the room; I said I didn't mind, so she offered to take me to see the room in person. I don't speak English, so we basically communicated by gestures. The room is spacious, with the configuration of a studio apartment, a small refrigerator, but no kitchen. The pictures I provided are of the nearby commercial street buildings, the vault **, and Brisbane Coach, and I didn't take pictures of the store.

The service attitude of the front desk staff was 10 points worse. I booked the hotel because I needed to store my luggage and travel elsewhere. However, the front desk staff directly refused and did not provide any other solutions. Our itinerary was messed up, and the parking lot facilities were very crude and very narrow.

Amazing service and such a convenient location, 5 minute walk from central train station. Really cool pool and gym. The only problems I had were not enough pillows on the bed, and the pillows we did have were very thin and didnt feel like pillows. The other problem was the parking lot, which was like a maze to get around. So easy to scratch your cars on the many pillars.
