The Metropolitan Spring Hill ★★★
"The room is a bit dusty. There’s a cockroach in the shower. Coming from the CBD, the way is uphill."
The Inchcolm by ODE Hotels ★★★★★
"Staff are super friendly and you feel the warmth at the moment you step into the hotel amid the chilly aussie weather in May. It’s just the design of shower facility which made water spill all over the floor so easily which could be messy at times after you use it. Super great location, walking distance to the centre but situated at a quiet neighbourhood."
Brisbane Quarters ★★
"Regarding the hotel's condition, I have nothing to say."
K2 Brisbane ★★
"Very good service, My flight arrived at midnight but the staff very nice for take care, help hold the luggage to room"
Amora Hotel Brisbane ★★★★★
A sophisticated 5-star hotel in the upper CBD that offers business executives and couples elegant, modern rooms, an outdoor pool, and an exceptional award-winning dining experience.
Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane ★★★★
"They actually gave us two adjoining rooms, which were quite clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was just okay, not really to my liking, but the service was decent. Since my son works nearby, communication wasn't an issue. Overall, I was pretty satisfied and would consider staying here again if the price is right next time."
Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill ★★★★
"This stay at Hotel Tide Phuket on Phuket's west coast was truly a relaxing choice. The hotel's design, with its blue and white tones combined with natural wood, is simple yet tropical, giving you that vacation feeling the moment you step inside. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the CBD, but it's not too noisy. There's also a free City Loop Bus (Route 30) nearby, making it easy to get to Roma Street Station or other city attractions."
Kennigo Hotel Brisbane, Independent Collection by an EVT hotel ★★★★
"Location is rather weird, but still walkable to trainstafion and many different bus stops, but at night the ace is rather dark"
Soho Brisbane ★★★
"very limited parking space, maybe 7-8 lots only. the way the lady receptionist talks make me feel uncomfortable. the guy was very helpful though"

Punthill Spring Hill
"I used Sydney Central Railway Station's location to find a hotel, and this hotel popped up and said it was 3km away. After arriving in Sydney and taking a taxi I discovered that the hotel was 90km away. It cost over 7000 for 5 days and there was no refund for even a penny. **."
Republic Apartments Brisbane City
"Nice place ☺️"
Frisco Apartments
"Stayed in a studio apartment for only 1 night, arrived at 11:30pm and checked out the next morning with absolutely no sleep due to the poor conditions of the room. The room was very dated and dirty. Hair on the floor, stained and holey curtains, terrible hard mattress with marks and no protector - you could also feel the springs when lying down. The couch in the room was incredibly dirty, the arms covered in black marks and dust. The additional blankets provided smelled very dusky and seemed as tho they also hadn’t been washed in some time! Window sill surfaces and tables were also dusty. The outside space was very large hiwver covered in cigarette butts and the table and chairs looked as tho they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The receptionist was rude, we reported the issues to reception at 9am and were told a refund would be issued, we asked if it was possible to leave the suitcases in the room as we grabbed food before leaving the city to fly home as the stay here completely ruined our trip. We were advised this was possible and let him know we were heading out for a quick bite. No less than 40 minutes after we left we were advised we must return and remove the luggage or we would be charged an additional night - which would have been fine if we were advised of this when asking if this was ok. We were then told another guest would be checking in at 12pm - however as stated online check in isn’t until 2pm. When questioned Rodger (the receptionist) wouldn’t respond about the information he had given prior. When asked about the cleaner he advised they weren’t here but then when we followed up if they would be cleaning the room prior to the next arrival he swapped his answers to “they’re on a different floor”. Absolutely terrible stay please avoid at all cost."

"We stayed overnight and from someone who is fairly fussy I found the accommodation very good. We had two generous bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ensuite bathroom was a little bit impractical being quite small and toilet behind the door. Main bathroom was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen clean and practical. My negative comment was the outdoor table which was sticky and we needed to clean it. We stayed on the 11th floor and if we got a room as good the next time would happily stay again. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had a couple couple of minor issues with getting into the apartment and finding the parking which was a liile unclear to us regarding "lower garage ", It was noisy on a Monday morning and I woke to the sound of a jack hammer. Still people need to earn a living! "
Spring Hill Mews Apartments
"We booked this Airbnb because hotel prices in Brisbane were probably quite expensive due to some big events at the time. We checked in quite late on the first day, but the owner still answered the phone and told me where the key was. When we checked out the next day, I realized the owner was Chinese; their attitude was quite good. Also, the Airbnb is genuinely huge, like a whole suite with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, plus a balcony."
Spring Hill Gardens Apartments
"While not the plushest of places to stay, and admittedly somewhat dated, I still choose Spring Hill Gardens Apartments as my go-to place to stay when visiting Brisbane. Why? Because you get a split-level home with all the facilities, rather than just a hotel room. Because there is ample underground parking (for a reasonable additional cost), and because it's a few minutes' work to downtown Brisbane. Though my unit was next to the main road, noise was never an issue, since it's not a busy road. The eleven apartment blocks are set in a small but leafy tropical garden. Wifi is free though not the speediest. These are serviced apartments, not hotel rooms, so you make your own bed between weekly bedding changes, which suits me just fine. Service was friendly and helpful. I'll be back."
The Astor Apartments
"The room is very big There are uphill and downhill slopes from the subway to the station, so be careful when pushing luggage. The kitchen facilities are very complete It’s great to have a dishwasher Very close to the city There is no bathtub in the bathroom, it is a shower There is a balcony, washing machine and dryer"
The Summit Apartments
"Disappointed. This property is tired and dated. I understand it’s a 3.5 star hotel however our apartment had smoke stained ceilings and walls, frayed carpet, mismatched furniture, smelled musty and is in desperate need of a makeover. I expressed my concerns to management and they didn’t care. I would not recommend The Summit Apartments and I won’t stay there again."
Skd Suites
"The city center is convenient for travel and suitable for family trips."
Mantra Terrace Hotel
"Simple and effective"
Trilogy Residences Brisbane
"Good value for money, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, enough towels for each bathroom. Good location, just around the corner from the "free loop" bus stop which was very handy. Not too noisy considering we were close to town. Noise from neighbours was never an issue. Would definitely use again."
