"Stunning place"
Brisbane Quarters
"Good location Great amenities - free breakfast which was great and items were kept well stocked, music, pool, lounge area / terrace Showers could do with a bit of updating and bath mats would be helpful There were no hooks to hang anything from in our room which was really inconvenient"

"We loved our room, the only thing we didn’t have but we would have liked was a toilet brush in the bathroom."
Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill
"Was very clean and tidy with a fantastic shower. The staff were also excellent. The location was up a slight hill from the city/train station, which may be limiting for some people on foot"
Kennigo Hotel Brisbane, Independent Collection by an EVT hotel
"Service was great, room was clean and modern. Location is a bit outside of the CBD so just be conscious of that."
Soho Brisbane
"Just one day in Brisbane. Location actually at the mountain side but easy to walk to city and town hall. Everything is standard and not bad."

Spring Hill Gardens Apartments
"We travelled with families. How lucky we found this lovely self-serviced hotel in Brisbane CBD. With very reasonable price, you got everything you need in the kitchen – stoves, dishwasher, plates, oven etc. Plus, there's even a washing machine. They even provide the washing powder for free. Their rooms are more spacious than standard hotel rooms. We booked one room with a small cute backyard which we enjoyed a bit quiet time in a noisy CBD area. The staff at Springhill Gardens are friendly, helpful. We actually arrived very late in the evening and way past the office hours. But the site manager still welcomed us in a most professional and helpful way. We were very grateful for that."
The Astor Apartments
"The location of the hotel is very easy to find, only ten minutes' walk to Queen Street. The room has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are easy to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking."
Trilogy Residences Brisbane
"Had a week here, we booked this by mistake as meant to book oxygen next door. Lovely big car park with wide spaces and plenty of room. The manager was very helpful. When booking in we were told no parties, no noise. No problem from us as we needed a quiet time. We got put into 3rd floor and soon as opened lift door, the smell of onions and garlic coming from an owners apartment was over whelming. We got into out apartment and it was quite clear that an indian family had been in before as the AC ducting was covered in grease and and stank of onion's and garlic. The table was not clean either. We took pictures to show the manager and he got the cleaners to come up and give a good clean, but the smell was always their. The first night the owner on 3rd floor his kids were playing outside our door on their bikes and shouting back and fore and then at 2300hrs when their guests left they were loud and shouting in corridor and woke us up. If we have to be quiet and respectful then so should owners. Next night we had to ask them to be quiet and take their kids away from our door. Not a nice experience. Every time walking past the apartment on 3rd floor the smell of grease and food was stomach turning. If you are booked in here. avoid 3rd floor at all costs"
Punthill Spring Hill
"The apartelle's pin on the google map is across the street. Drivers always park across the street. The property is located about 20 mins away from the city center. There's a restaurant on the ground floor that offers breakfast, lunch & dinner. The apartelle provides toiletries & coffee. Towels & other toiletries are available for self service refill at the lobby area."
Mantra Terrace Hotel
"It's a good hotel to choose in Brisbane."
The Summit Apartments
"Very good"
Quattro on Astor
"We stayed overnight and from someone who is fairly fussy I found the accommodation very good. We had two generous bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ensuite bathroom was a little bit impractical being quite small and toilet behind the door. Main bathroom was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen clean and practical. My negative comment was the outdoor table which was sticky and we needed to clean it. We stayed on the 11th floor and if we got a room as good the next time would happily stay again. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had a couple couple of minor issues with getting into the apartment and finding the parking which was a liile unclear to us regarding "lower garage ", It was noisy on a Monday morning and I woke to the sound of a jack hammer. Still people need to earn a living! "
Republic Apartments Brisbane City
"Beautiful view from the balcony. Wonderful indoor pool and spa. Perfect location. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants."
Frisco Apartments
"Stayed in a studio apartment for only 1 night, arrived at 11:30pm and checked out the next morning with absolutely no sleep due to the poor conditions of the room. The room was very dated and dirty. Hair on the floor, stained and holey curtains, terrible hard mattress with marks and no protector - you could also feel the springs when lying down. The couch in the room was incredibly dirty, the arms covered in black marks and dust. The additional blankets provided smelled very dusky and seemed as tho they also hadn’t been washed in some time! Window sill surfaces and tables were also dusty. The outside space was very large hiwver covered in cigarette butts and the table and chairs looked as tho they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The receptionist was rude, we reported the issues to reception at 9am and were told a refund would be issued, we asked if it was possible to leave the suitcases in the room as we grabbed food before leaving the city to fly home as the stay here completely ruined our trip. We were advised this was possible and let him know we were heading out for a quick bite. No less than 40 minutes after we left we were advised we must return and remove the luggage or we would be charged an additional night - which would have been fine if we were advised of this when asking if this was ok. We were then told another guest would be checking in at 12pm - however as stated online check in isn’t until 2pm. When questioned Rodger (the receptionist) wouldn’t respond about the information he had given prior. When asked about the cleaner he advised they weren’t here but then when we followed up if they would be cleaning the room prior to the next arrival he swapped his answers to “they’re on a different floor”. Absolutely terrible stay please avoid at all cost."
Spring Hill Mews Apartments
"The staff were incredibly helpful, and the place perfectly suited our family’s needs. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!"
The Sedgebrook on Leichhardt
"Staff on arrival were very accommodating and waived the parking fee. However, the 5th floor corridor was very smelly - not sure what the smell was. The room was shabby. Details on hotel booking site stated that the apartments had recently been refurbished. They must have missed the room that we stayed in. It was very dated. The cupboard doors in front of the laundry were practically hanging off. There was a tatty sheet thrown over the lounge to hide goodness knows what. The sole glass in the kitchen cupboards was filthy, as was the fridge. There were three sugar sachets, three coffee sachets and three green tea with lemon tea bags - no milk, no regular tea bags. I went back to the hotel description and, although tea and coffee wasn't stated, it is something that is generally provided. Hotel description stated that bathrooms had a bath. Ours didn't. The shower was hot and powerful, but the screen was grubby with paint peeling off the ceiling. Lots of information about closing doors and opening windows when showering or cooking in order to not set off alarms and face a bill from the fire service, but no information about the TV or the WiFi or things to do in the area. The bed was rock hard with no extra pillows or blankets provided, resulting in a terrible night's sleep and an early morning exit. I doubt I'll be back."

"A bit old."
