Could easy walk to the city center. The room is really nice, but in the morning has the sound of construction. Gym has strong air conditioning, but the facilities are a bit old.

Stayed for 2 nights and the first night was unpleasant. Clogged sink and water overflow at the bottom. Requested a room change and hotel staff were polite and friendly about it. However lacking amenities. We forgot to bring our toothbrush but the hotel staff told us they do not provide it. It was already late at night (11pm) when we asked and shops were all closed and we couldn’t get any at last. We were quite surprised that a hotel wouldn’t have at least some spare toothbrush for guests who forgot to bring it.

Amazing service and such a convenient location, 5 minute walk from central train station. Really cool pool and gym. The only problems I had were not enough pillows on the bed, and the pillows we did have were very thin and didnt feel like pillows. The other problem was the parking lot, which was like a maze to get around. So easy to scratch your cars on the many pillars.

Picture looks good online until you arrive in your room and see the rest of what you don’t see online. Right outside the window was construction that started quite early in the morning. No note of this on booking nor compassion or compensation from staff for the interruption of sleep. Definitely won’t be back.

Excellent buffet breakfast, very close to the ponderous Roma Street Parklands great park! Food was really nice and the staff excellent!

The hotel and room are very clean, we could get the room also when we arrived in the morning. It is near the Roma station so easy to each of from the airport. Good deal for breakfast if you buy it the day before

Great location Beautiful clean and fresh smelling foyer Lovely room. Value for money. Parking is super tricky for my 4x4 but just made it in and out.

Reception didn't make a great first impression as there were several people waiting, which the unfortunate layout made look like a whole crowd when it was probably only 8-10 people. When I arrived a receptionist appeared to be dimissive of a guest's loud, but reasonable seeming complaints about a faulty key card. Rather than solve the problem, he was asked to wait off to the side. There may be more to the story, but it wasn't a promising start. The key cards were the kind that need to be inserted into the doors and lift (rather than just waved in front of them) and like most cards of this kind, generally require multiple attempts. During my short stay I had several bonding moments with fellow guests in the lifts when, despite the buttons lighting up when pressed we found ourselves sailing past our floors. There was a kettle in the room, but as it was hidden in the closet, I didn't find it until shortly before check out. Booking information from this app was apparently not shared with the hotel (i use this app very regularly and have not experienced this before). Its not difficult to provide your phone number and email address etc, but I had not expected this to be necessary which made it seem more inconvenient that it was.

Super friendly staff. We ended up extending our stay and they were very helpful in facilitating that. There is some construction nearby which starts around 7am. Went to the front desk and they offered to move us to the other side of the hotel. When I said I was ok to stay where I was, they provided free earplugs.
