Ideal location for tourism and for the purpose of my travel. The graduation ceremony I was attending was across the street in Bank of Springfield City Center. The hotel shuttle from the airport and back was prompt and courteous. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant and comfortable. Kudos all around

They requested a $250 cash deposit in addition to a credit card on file simply because I was local. Ridiculous! Will not stay here again.

Older hotel that need updating. Room was okay but there were some annoyances. The in-room safes requires a key that was missing and the front desk has no spares. The sink stopper was missing and the HVAC noisy. Good breakfast buffet but limited dining. You have to call the hotel for the free airport shuttle.

This is an old hotel, with failing infrastructure. The staff was kind and courteous but nothing about the inner workings could be overcome by good customer service. The bedding was itch and very little bedding provided. Holes in walls, scratched furniture. Lamps didn’t work, outlets didnt work, when people use water in there bathrooms you heard it in mine with a high pitched squeal. It prices itself as a downtown hotel with motel 6 level accommodations. We will not stay here again, I would pay 50$ more to go across the street to newer nicer hotel.

The location was excellent. Walking distance from a lot of things. The restaurant in the hotel was good. One things I would add to the breakfast is something beef or turkey for people who don’t eat pork. Thank you

I am sure this was once a prime place to stay, but it has aged poorly, with any updates performed poorly. Parking was difficult and made dealing with my co-traveler who is in a wheelchair very awkward, exhausting and dangerous.
