"The room facilities were a bit dated, but the surrounding environment was quite nice, with plenty of restaurants, a large parking lot, and bright lighting at night. The breakfast was relatively plentiful for a hotel of this level. The location is close to the highway, making travel convenient."

"The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The only worst breakfast that is supposed to be carrying some kind of egg, meat and something sweet but we only put biscuits and gravey, we expected something more."

"Express quality, star-rated price, behind the gas station, next to the highway, there are several motels nearby, the price is only about 600, I didn't like to stay here so I decided to stay here, very disappointed."

"This hotel is tired. Wallpaper coming off, missing tile in the bathroom, caulking coming out in shower. The bed was reasonably comfortable, staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good although no bread, just English muffins and mediocre bagels"

"We were exhausted from loading the U-Haul. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30am tired and ready to get a decent night’s sleep. Boy were we wrong. To start, the door didn’t have a room number. The room was awful. There were cigarette burns in the sheets and blankets. There was also dirt on the sheets. The bathtub was disgusting. We slept with our clothes on for fear what might be on the linens. The door wouldn’t lock. Thank goodness I put the hook on the door. When we woke up the door was open about 1/2 inch. To make things better, it was snowing outside. The owners didn’t care at all."

"This hotel seemed a good value but we had a major issue. After several tries, even the staff could not get the key card to work. Another room was provided but unfortunately, we could not access medication, feminine hygiene products, toiletries, food/water. I deducted points from the service score as we were left without updates as to when maintenance would assist us. Trip customer service reported that nobody would answer the phone when they tried to assist us. It was not until I inquired that were were informed were would be locked out until the next morning. As a result, I had to go out and purchase necessities. Despite the cost and inconvenience all Trip.com offered was $5 in coins, which is unacceptable. The hotel said they would refund to our card but since we booked Trip the couldn't do anything. That said, the staff was courteous and professional, one staff member even loaned us a phone charge cable which was appreciated. The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and this was the best part of the stay. Breakfast: I don't recommend the breakfast. The offerings were very similar to other hotels but preparation seems to be the weak link. For example, the sausage appeared to have just thawed and was colder than room temp. The eggs were watery with brown chunks in them, perhaps from scorching the bottom. TLDR: Our needs were minimal and without our difficulties with the key cards and breakfast this would have been a good value. It's concerning that a hotel doesn't have a way to access a room in an emergency scenario."
