Staffs are accommodating and easy to talk with. She will make sure that you are informed with everything. Facilities are very clean, quiet and safe.

Nice location a few miles south of Springfield. numerous restaurants are nearby and an interesting gift shop/restaurant (Gearheads) is across the interstate. room was nice, check-in was fast, only issue was no freezer in room, it did have a refrigerator but no freezer and I needed a freezer for my medicine, but the staff offered their personal freezer. THANK YOU. parking is tight so be careful where and how you park.

Average motel. Room was fully accessible, clean, good A/C, comfy bed, fridge, micro. Ice machine was broken, the toilet in our room would not flush well. Breakfast was average - waffles, cereal, apples, toast, juice, coffee.

Hotel is older and shows some wear and tear but what we seen was clean. Pool was nice and clean. Staff at check in and over night was excellent!

Room was nice, the people above me sounded like elephants, but i tried not to complain, bc i had dogs. Only problem was, having to extend my stay, and the hotel charging me again almost 500 dollars for dogs, that was horrible.

The breakfast was pretty good not much variety but it was good and my kids had a blast in the pool the staff was pretty nice too

Excellent hotel option for a budget in springfield and ive stayed at a lot of them. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Will be staying with them again!

Friendly staff. Very inviting and supporting/helpful to all necessary needs. Very accommodating - 5 stars Room is in need of updating. Needs fresh carpeting and better ventilation of air circulation in room. Ceiling in bathroom has evidence of mold due to lack of ventilation. Rooms could use a refresh. Mattress was "springy" and not too comfortable, but good for a night's stay. Breakfast had good continental options. Clean and fresh breakfast. Would stay again. Front desk and service was very good
