Drury Inn & Suites Springfield

We stayed at the Drury Inn during the Hot Rod Power Tour. The hotel is just off the Interstate with numerous restaurant options within walking distance. They have a great complimentary drinks and heavy snacks each evening which is enough to make a meal. They also have a very nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. The hotel has a pool and ample parking. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. The elevator is rather slow but that has nothing to do with the quality of stay. They use demand pricing so be very careful of the price per day, We stayed 3 days and our price went up almost 100 dollars. The manager of the hotel spoke with us and adjusted the pricing. The communication gap was due to an E-Mail error. We were very happy with the stay, food (They have fresh popped popcorn at night). We will stay at the hotel again.

Excellent customer service in this hotel. All staff are friendly and very accommodating. I have stayed here numerous times and would not think of staying at any other hotel in the Springfield area.

I and a research colleague stayed 4 nights while working with people at Drury University (a coincidence, no relation to the hotel chain to my knowledge). The hotel accommodated her early checkin request. I had no problems on checkin when I arrived in the evening. My room was clean and comfortable and perfectly suited my needs. Breakfasts and the 5:30 kickback food was just what you'd expect from Drury, which in my experience are usually above average. We had about a 10 minute drive each way when headed down to the university. There are many food options in the area, but we generally ate in the downtown and Commercial St areas as they were closer to where our meetings were taking place. I'd gladly stay here again.

Stayed 1 night check was quick had the deluxe king room with sofa bed very clean and large also the bathroom was large with a nice walk in shower 530 kick back was very good along with the free breakfast in the morning will definitely stay here again. The management and employees was very nice and they was interacting with the guest which was nice to see .Bed was comfortable and there is 2 tvs in this room.

Well run hotel with a nice indoor pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast. Large two-room suite was available at a tolerable price. One aggravation I experienced was that they allowed a semi-truck with a refrigeration unit to run all night right by an outdoor deck near the pool. It was loud and hot and rendered the deck unusable. I reported it to the desk but was told they were allowed to park there. It happened on two of three nights we stayed.

This is a very typical Drury, which is to say it is a step above the more 'common' chain hotels. Front desk is very friendly. In general, the staff worked hard, especially during the 'happy hour' when they hustled to keep food trays full. Rooms are clean, modern and quiet.

Great experience, very clean, wonderful extras, excellent (free) breakfast and evening food. Best hotel stay ever!

In town for family gathering. Room was clean, comfortable. Everything worked well.... snacks and breakfast were plentiful and delicious. Every member of the staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here whenever I am in Springfield. My grade A++++++Arkansas traveler

I can't say enough words to describe how great this place is. Complimentary drinks, 3 apiece, food like hot dogs, sliders, soup, salad and cheesy nachos. Popcorn machine and the best staff ever. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. I would for sure recommend staying here.
