Super 8 by Wyndham Springfield East

Our stay was OK, but there were some issues. The first room they were going to put us in reaked of cigarette, so they put us in room 117, and the bathroom door did not close. The outer door lock did not work, and even this room had a smoke smell to it. We had to buy some fabreeze to get rid of the smell. My wife just had total knee replacement, and required ice for her knee, but the ice machine didn't work. I had to go to a Quick Stop Store to buy ice. My wife is gluten intolerant and all she could have for breakfast was yogurt and a banana.

Place was a rip off Quoted and charged one price at checkin and then added charges after check out remotely to credit card plus there were ants in the room and key cards did not work horrible

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Could use more breakfast items.

The room we stayed in (301) the substance from the ceiling was falling into the shower. Breakfast options were limited. Parking lot full with large trucks.

It was terrible. It was the worst hotel room I ever stayed in. No working smoke alarm, filthy tub, water damage to ceiling in several places, blood or something on the wall. The room smelled awful - affected our sinuses. We called Wyndham to send us to a different Wyndham and they couldn’t do it.

I had to clean the toilet before we used it. I looked like it had not been vacuumed in months. There were items in the fridge from previous occupants.

Did not stay. Our first room the toilet was discusting and shower was not much better. They gave us another room,was as bad but the sheets looked like they have not been washed, they were stained and did not look fresh

Room was dirty and smelled awful we just laid cards down on table and walked out didnt even stay there was there 5 mins

when i went to leave the guy at the desk was asleep there where matrasses pilled by elevator. had broken tiles by entrance to bathroom. there was bugs crawling in bathroom. when i got there on Friday they were spraying chemicals with a sprayer
