Staff is welcoming and friendly. No breakfast or pool but facility is under remodel.

I love this hotel. Yes the pool and breakfast is not a option, they remodeling the whole building. That’s also why it’s so cheap!

We didn't like anything! The whole place was under construction, windows covered in plastic. The room smelled of cigarettes. We ended up leaving and so far they have refused to refund us.

room was dirty had to get another room, room just wasn't fresh. went for breakfast and didnt start until 6:30 and no one around. so we left

When we got there, there was a crowd of people whose reservations have been lost because the hotel changed hands recently.
When they gave us our room, the room already had someone in it who had been sleeping! This happened to several people.
Other people were coming down, saying that the air conditioning didn’t work or that they needed more pillows and the hotel didn’t have any more.
We left and got reservations elsewhere.

No working pool,no working hot tub no t.v. some staff is to lazy to stop playing on there laptops to help. Often have family and friends in to do there hair. They babeysit while working. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT customer oriented!

We arrived at 3:55 pm and there were about 30 people in the dirty, small lobby waiting for the two desk people (who were doing nothing) to wait until after 4 pm to check anyone into the hotel. Then there was a huge line and the A/C was not cooling the place well. The IL State Fair is going on, so there are very few rooms available. Luckily I was able to find a hotel room a mile down the road at Springhill Suites and spent an additional $355 to stay there for the night instead.

Britany at front desk was very nice and professional and she explained the breakfast and why the pool was closed for maintenance again. Rooms are very clean and pleasant but the casual pot smell in the hallway. Going to be a great place to stay!
