While our room was at least clean, the breakfast was tolerable, rest of our experience was horrible. When we arrive around 7 p.m. the lobby is filled with children/teenagers running all over while their parents sat obliviously in the breakfast room. While we were checking in, we were told the elevator was inoperable until at least the following Wednesday, meaning we had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs (my husband and I are in our 60s. There was no mention of the broken elevator in your description. If we had not booked the $210 nonrefundable stay, I would have canceled immediately. It was a freezing cold night and since our room was directly across from the stairwell, when the door opened to the stairs, the outside exit stairway door was froze OPEN, so not only was minus12 degree cold air was blowing up the stairwell all night, but anyone could come in, as it was not secure! Kids were running up and down the stairs chasing each other until around 11 p.m. During the night when the heat would click off, we woke up several times with a cold draft blowing over the bed because it had come into our room under our door! I definitely would not recommend this hotel. I definitely deserve a refund.

Hotel room was very dirty and out of date. The toilet would spray water out of the side every time someone would flush it. The breakfast was really bad.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was large and clean. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. The staff was very friendly. They have a manager’s reception Monday through Thursday and offer free drinks. The breakfast had many choices including REAL eggs.

The property was located in a great area near dining and shopping options. I was traveling with kids so the pool and hot tub were the absolute favorite!

The elevator was out of service for construction. This wasn’t listed on the booking. It wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but according to the employee working the desk, all of the housekeepers were off due to the holiday so the only rooms available were on the third floor. Herded 3 kids under the age of 10 and 3 bags up 3 flights of stairs to the room.
There was no apology, offer for reduced rate or other accommodations…I wonder what it would have been like if I needed an accessible room.
Overall, the room and lobby were clean and quiet.

The hotel is just average nothing over the top or extremely bad. Just a so-so experience. Front desk was friendly. The walls were thin and neighbors were loud. Walked in on a guest screaming over the balcony about the noise. Yikes!!
