A nice place to stay. Convenient to the place our group held their meeting. The only minor negative was the bathroom floor hadn’t been swept/vacuumed as long strands of hair remained from the previous guest.

From the GM to housekeeping, front desk to breakfast crew, everything was wonderful. This had to be one on the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in! You can tell the entire staff takes pride in their job! Highly recommended!!

I have stayed at the Ramada Springfield Hotel off and on for the past 3 months and they have by far been very easy to work with and great to do business with!! The rooms are clean, and fresh the pool is nice size. The front desk are helpful and Shelby is awesome!

Nice clean room, no maintenance issues. Good value for the price. Happily honored room location preference. Most notable was friendly conversation with check-in (manager I think) and staff member - Happy I was there, happy to be there themselves, just set a positive vibe for the stay. Will definitely keep them in mind if I'm staying in the area again.

We've been staying here for a number of years. It is very clean, has a pool, & the staff are very friendly & willing to help in any way. We spend the weekend socializing, have a domino competition, scavenger hunt, baseball trivia this year because baseball was the theme, & a catered meal on Saturday evening. The room we are given upstairs is very convenient for us to use.

Our stay was two nights, a Friday and Saturday. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We didn't use the pool, so we have no comment about that. Easy to access the property. Fast internet.very friendly staff, including the breakfast staff.

we always stay at the Ramada Inn when we are in Springfield Illinois. The customer service there is phenomenal. The rooms are comfortable. And the breakfast is very good. Also hotel is always so clean. We love it there
