There is a reason that this is the top rated hotel in Springfield! This is a fantastic facility. Every aspect of it is top notch from check in to check out. Rooms are clean with great decor. Beds are very comfortable. Climate control was great in the room. The fitness room is the best of any Hampton or Garden Inn we have stayed in. So many choices for a work out. Everything works as it should and it is spotless clean. The breakfast was typical Hampton fare, but hot foods were hot, cold foods cold, and many choices in between. Everyone working there was very courteous and smiling. Obviously, they are proud of their facility and enjoy working there. Proudly displayed on the check in/out counter is 2023 Award of Excellence. Totally endorse this award! We will definitely be back when in the area.

Stayed here while driving from chi to dfw. Springfield Mo happens to be half way. Chose this hotel because it was in top 5 in the area on TripAdvisor. It was accurate, I really enjoyed the nights stay. Front desk was courteous, professional. Room was excellent, couldn't find anything wrong even if I wanted to nitpick. I will definitely stay here again in few days on my way back to Chi. Highly recommend it as of August 31 2022.
